So we finished on 90 points which was slighty less than anticipated but the season ended as predicted with non of the contenders able to keep their incredible runs going and get to 100 points.
Still a very good season overall which should not be forgotten.
Somehow though it feels feel like we've been relegated which is crazy and shows how we as fans can lose our heads and get caught up in all the emotion so just imagine how the players feel.
Except that when we went top with 10 games to go we had 82 points, and then just scored 8 points out of a possible 30 - which is relegation form....
We only needed 4 wins, two draws and 4 losses in the last 10 games to go up.

Yep unfortunately we finished the season in a similar fashion to the way we started it and that's why the Championship is such a slog over 46 games.
Bonus potential extra 3 weeks to come now as well.
Also maybe a reminder to all those fans predicting over 100 points that the Championship is the hardest League to get out of for a reason.

Also worth noting that none of the clubs got 100 points whereas a few weeks back everyone was suggesting that 100 points might not even be enough. Like you say the championship is a slog ad points count the same wherever and whenever they are won, just ask Shakira.
