I'm going back straight after the final, well Monday morning, for the first time since the 90's, certainly not going back near the lasva valley region of Bosnia, but will tour around a bit.
Beautiful areas all around like you say.

Would like to visit Montenegro when we go back. A bit quieter and less tourists. We didn't encounter too much multiculturalism and the country felt really safe for us. Lots of pictures and reminders of the Serbian/Bosnia/Croatia conflict not that long ago. Sounded like hell to be fair. Have a good one Pal.

A Jay.
Rarely see them in gardens as they are very shy nervy birds. Fed on the peanut feeder for a while.
Makes me wonder if there natural habitat is being diminished as they are synonymous with acorns.
Can bury up to 5000 in a season. But farmers are removing oaks on hedge lines.

Well we finally got caught by some of the storms that have been plaguing the US recently.
I have never seen trees blown around like they were during the middle of the night.

Many trees and limbs down in the neighborhood but not heard of any serious damage or injuries.

We got lucky with the flying branch hitting between the 2 windows!

I can't decide whether to rebuild or declare it a monument to nature's wrath.
We had 95 mph winds which put us in the hurricane category, so we were really lucky to get so little damage
There was some serious damage in other parts of the area though.
