Re: Sam Byram poll
We'd need to resign him I think as he's not a Leeds player atm.... I'm ok keeping him as depth

Re: Sam Byram poll
Seems like a nice guy but we need to move him on and get a more fitter and reliable player.
Re: Sam Byram poll
Plays right or left well worth having in the squad, even knowing he can't play more than 2 games on the trot

Definitely keep, very rarely lets us down, despite his injury problems.

Re: Sam Byram poll
Could do a decent job at right back if Archie moves into the midfield (as he should) and we don't bring in another. Otherwise an excellent squad player. Valuable guy to keep around.

Re: Sam Byram poll
One to keep for me. Been reliable when he's able to play. A good option for right and left back.
Re: Sam Byram poll
I have gone with let go. He's no doubt a fantastic lad who will always give his all for the cause. But he is knackered physically. Luke Ayling offers more on the right and is less injury prone. Crucial for us this season especially filling in on the left which incidentally is where i think he played his best.
The sentimental side of me wouldn't be opposed to him staying with his young family. He's Farke's pet anyway.

Re: Sam Byram poll
Deffo keep. Has made a reasonable amount of starts for us and is quality. Even if he just ends up as back-up for both fullback positions he is worth keeping.

1 year deal, I think we'll need the cover again.

Nice lad but uf we are serious about auto promotion we should be looking to upgrade.
Re: Sam Byram poll
Good versatile squad player and so exactly what we need.
Re: Sam Byram poll
Made 25 starts & 9 sub appearances, not too bad for someone who is knackered, 1000, so I'd be happy to have Sam to rely on off the bench.Leeds1000 wrote: ↑Mon May 27, 2024 3:45 pm I have gone with let go. Definitely keep, even if only as a reliable sub when needed.

Keep as depth, rarely let us down this season. Though I'd be disappointed if we were reliant on him as a starter, he can't do a full season

Re: Sam Byram poll
He couldn't play 2 games in a week. But very useful as back up. Very capable when called on to start games. And the kind of senior head we need with such a young dressing room.
