Aaronsons best position is on the bench for the reserves. Just think of the money we getting for quality players like Rutter and Summerville and then look at Aaronson and what he cost... The biggest waste of money since Tomas Brolin and more recently JKA imo.

Thanks for those highlights and enjoyed watching them again.
Noticable how Bamford scored with good movement in the box and was also influential in the second goal. Which forces me to remind everyone how badly we ended last season without Patrick in the team. Love him or loathe him he does make a difference some of the time.

Yes, Paddy was instrumental in our excellent unbeaten run during January, February & March.

I never suggested two people said that Gnonto wants to leave. I am just providing the 3rd hand source. If you watched the content the original source appears to be one of those foreign journos or whatever they are that many people quote.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Fri Aug 23, 2024 3:25 pm Remember that Ger admits that he just repeats what he finds on the internet. So that doesn't count as two people saying it.
And the guy who reported Largie was at the airport got his info from a relative who works there. So that doesn't make him reliable on what's been discussed. Just who is at the airport.
That said. Conjecture would suggest Gnonto might be looking for a move to a higher league.
As I previously mentioned. - I do not know if it has any legs - who does except Gnonto etc.

A small team to select from makes the managers job easier, except when players become injured or suspended. OR lose form and playing s**tSean_Nile wrote: ↑Fri Aug 23, 2024 10:31 am I have said this before that Bielsa liked a small team.
Having a small team makes selection easier... less things to consider. With a big team you have more egos to juggle with... will a player feel rejected if he is left on the bench... not getting the minutes that he expected.

Things generally work better with fewer working parts... less things to go wrong.
This is Yorkshire man!!! big teams are a luxury, I remember when we only had one football kit and we had to wash it ourselves, clean our own boots, and our wage was a packet of Woodbine.
Leeds need a great summer 2026 with outgoings and incoming players

Bit of patience needed methinks.

You’ve got Magic Weekend to thank for no home fixture and two away fixtures on the spin Tyzy, would have been great for a game at ER tonight too

He had a poor end to his Premier league season but not lost cause at all. I think he could do very well in this division.Musicman1965 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 23, 2024 3:34 pm Aaronsons best position is on the bench for the reserves. Aaronson and Rutter is not really a fair comparrison. Rutter stayed at the club to work hard and get his game together while the Rat Aaronson went off to pastures new only to be benched.. I wonder why.... ???

Aaronson as the #10 then? Or Willie? My money's on Brenden.

Aaron's turn in the 10... obviously not much on the bench. Dabayo promote to CB3
