Next break for us in January.

It seems everywhere I turn, there are people I know are on holiday.

Several friends are abroad & my brother has gone away on a cruise around Malta. He's away again for eight or nine weeks during January & March.

We enjoy our holidays, but I couldn't afford to go away for two months, it must cost a fortune!

Yes we were, but in a very mild way compared to other places. We were about 140 away form the center of it, all we got was strong winds and thunder storms. Lost power and water supplies for a couple of days as well. We were very lucky as the main part of the hurricane went inland while we stayed out on the coast. But when we were in Savannah we had to take shelter one evening for about an hour as we all got alarms on our phones about the threat of Tornadoes, thankfully it came to nothing. Apart from that the weather has been great, barely dropped below 80 degs, during the day, and not gone much below 70 degs at night. But good as it is, im missing most our NL games at Windsor, which is a shame. Fingers crossed will get to the last one

Surely it’s the National Football Stadium 🙄🙄😡😤 Always be Windsor Park, never used to miss many games but recently we’ve been on holiday more so got there less & less so gave up my membership & just take in a match when I can now.
Flew through Hurricane Hugo in 1989 travelling from San Francisco to New Orleans via Charlotte in North Carolina. That was some scary s**t and because the hurricane was scheduled to hit the airport they put us on the last flight out & we had to fly back out through it. Closed the airport for 4 days & I had no luggage in New Orleans until they opened Charlotte & flew it down.

Picking grapes for Giffords Hall in Suffolk.
They do a nice Bachus which Swanny would like I would say. Bit like an SB.
