Have to remember why Guilavogi was brought in in the first place. We had been severely depleted by injuries and needed someone available on a free. Never expected much of anything from him.

A bit harsh but you might not be wrong. The worrying trend for me is our specialist coaching teams - are they good enough to bring these young players on? Current evidence suggests not.

Guliavogui has not put a foot right since he's been here and that is a shame: he is a much much better player than we have seen. That said, the Championship is just about his level.

We have been poor in many (most) areas today unfortunately. We need to go at them 2nd half.

If Joseph does not do better 2nd half, he is never goiung to make it here. That £10m bid we had for him looks generous now

My point is most could go in and not disastrously stand out as inferior. It’s a moot point.

That's why a game like this is their opportunity to step up. As for Guilavogi, he's good to have around the training ground for the lads a bit like Forshaw.
