Bizarrely, it actually helps a couple of our lads.

They were staying overnight anyway, so the noon KO means they can go to the game early, rather than moping around Portsmouth (can’t drink because they are driving), and set off home at a decent time.

Only 5 out of the next 6 matches are live so they have given us one game off....

We’re cash cows for them Jammy, no other Championship side or even most of the Prem would come close to our viewing figures. We’re going to get shafted during the run in as well and can expect every awkward time and last minute announcements for our fans to attend games.

Sky have already given us 4 lunchtime KO in the next few weeks as they know we drop more points kicking off at those times.

Wales play away in a World Cup qualifier on the Tuesday before we host Swansea on the Saturday currently 3pm so think they might actually leave us alone for that one given they’ve picked us so many times already.
