Is anyone else like me?
Underwhelmed by the thought of signing Diarra
I don't think he wants to come to sunny UK anyway.

Derry Girls, brilliant sitcom. Sister Michael was hilarious.Orange Box wrote: ↑Thu Jun 26, 2025 11:46 pm Reminds me of my favourite line from the Derry Girls. “I’m not going to be individual on my own.”

Very surprised we have not Sold a number of our fringe players yet.
Leeds need to bring in a midfielder who can score goals and a decent number 9 in Jan 2027.

I felt as if I needed to empty something else after the doctor had done her test

Fabrizio Romano on GIVEMESPORT re: Habib Diarra:
"They are in negotiations for the player. He's really appreciated. Diarra is one of the most appreciated options internally, but it's not an easy deal because of the valuation, so it's still complicated to make it happen. But Leeds are trying."

Re: 2025 Summer Transfer gossip and squad discussion (and manager)
Can't say I am surprised in the slightest. I imagine that the proper horse trading i.e. players in, players out, contracts being signed off is a month away.
No one wants to show their hand and only those clubs that seemingly have money to burn (perhaps less than a handful of the apparent big hitters) have done business. It goes without saying that LUFC have a defined and relatively small budget to play with. Plus, of players that some on here would like to "lose" ain't going to generate a whole lot in the way of income IF, and it is a big IF, there are potential buyers out there prepared to pay a decent free and / or take on the players on the kind of money that they are currently on. It is a legacy problem that is not going to go away.
Best thing to do is to chill, If you can

Bit of a surprise that.
We were telling the YEP and Athletic we expected him to have bigger ambitions than a relegation battle.
Clearly not.

Darn! Midfield for Sunderland looking pretty solid. Still have tons of gaps to fill elsewhere, but a decent-looking midfield emerging for the Black Cats.
I have faith we’ll find our players. Early days. We can’t win them all.
