From a report about the Northern Ireland football team and Stuart opening the SuperCupNI tournament this week.

Dallas was speaking after officially opening the SuperCupNI youth tournament in Coleraine on Sunday.
The 33-year-old, who won 62 caps, retired in April after two years out with a knee injury.
Dallas played for Crusaders and Brentford before moving to Leeds, where he scored 28 goals in 266 appearances.
He is still considering his future and a position at Elland Road is a possibility.
"It's still a bit early - I want to take time to myself and time with my family, who have sacrificed a lot over the period that I played football. It's time to give a bit back," he said.
"There's plenty for me to be involved in and I still need a conversation with Leeds. The club means a lot to me - I spent nine or 10 years there and they want me to stay on in some capacity. Hopefully down the line I'll be involved in some way."

Would be great to see Stuarty back at ER.
PS. The SuperCupNI is a brilliant youth tournament run in Northern Ireland, boys and girls teams from all over the world come over, I watched Man Utd beat Co Fermanagh 4-0 last night.

The 2018 World Cup in Russia featured 27 players whose introduction to tournament football came at the Milk Cup.
The annual international competition, held on Northern Ireland’s north coast, has featured a who’s who of British and Irish players and foreign stars.

David Beckham, Joe Cole, Sergio Busquets, Steve Staunton, Steve McManaman, Wayne Rooney, Ledley King, Peter Crouch, Radamel Falcao, Humberto Suazo – who played in Marcelo Bielsa’s Chilean national side – and ex-Leeds United strikers Mikael Forssell and David Healy have all graced what is now called SuperCupNI.

Went to see Co Antrim & Shoshi High School ( Japanese if you hadn’t guessed ) last night, great game. Co Antrim outfought them from the start but went 1 down then came back to win 2-1. Great experience for these kids meeting other teams from all over the world. Rangers playing Hamilton Accies later. There are always the players who just stand head and shoulders above the rest, couple in that young United team who I wouldn’t be surprised made it to the first team some day.

Absolutely, mate. Seen a few over the years that the immediate impression was "he has a chance". Be interesting to know how many made the grade, though I'll admit to being too lazy to dig into that!!

His family have made their home in Leeds and he is well settled there.
He handles himself well in the media and and GW says will be a great ambassador for the club.

I know he doesnt hold it against him but I still think that clueless yank making our players run about like angry clueless eejits at the time contributed to Stus career ending injury.
