Sack Farke and this squad will go into freefall.
We need a point a game and last time we looked we had more than that.
I see even the fool who ran this poll doesnt believe he needs sacked despite how it goes at Forest..

Being linked to the Celtic job, whispers he may finally leave Bodo/Glimt as his dream was to get them into the Champions League which he's now done.

If he keeps us up, it will a good outcome. However, I understand Pochettino wants to return to the prem after the World Cup. I would not be adverse to a change for a manager of his pedigree next season.
In terms of this season, it is hard to say when the board will pull the trigger. He needs at least a point for me from the forest game. I have no doubt a few in the boardroom will be getting twitchy if we lose, even moreso if we also play a poor game.
The problem is with the games coming up we could become detached from the main pack in 5 games time. I think he is our best bet for this season with the squad we have, but I haven’t invested a sh!t load of money and those who have will very likely have a different perspective.

Not voted: not interested in this type of post/poll tbh. We have to stick with him regardless: it is the boards fault we didn't get a #9 or #10 in. They bought players we didn't really need ie: Bornauw and Okafor. Could have kept Ramazani. We fail on PSR beciause we have junk players like Aaronson and Harrison that nobody is interested in: sell those 2 for what we spent = £40m to spend. We'd be lucky to get £10m for both...

I think back to when we sacked Marsch nobody wanted to come to Leeds and it'll be the same now.I'm not sure what the answer is but you've got to question the recruitment not just DF's inadequacies at PL level

We need a manager who is able to change how we play, formation, drop players who are out of form, all things DF is not very good at.GreennWhite wrote: ↑Sat Nov 08, 2025 1:28 pm If Farke gets sacked, and that could well happen, then who do we replace him with ? And if it still goes wrong who gets the blame, the new manager ? or is it still Farkes fault for not building a good enough squad.
We will probably suffer a lot of hardship in the coming weeks/months, the best we can hope for in that time is that we can stay close or just ahead of the bottom 3 or sides and hope we bring in some new players during the January transfer window that can help us improve.
Hasnt it always been said Farkes sides start slowly, so if that was, or is true, then maybe we stand a better chance of seeing improvement after the Christmas period is out of the way. I think some fans forget just how much of a step up there is to play in this league, coupled with trying to get a new team together and trying to get players used to playing at this level, when its new to a lot of them.
We do need to buck our ideas up, and quickly, but will Fake get that time ? its anyone guess to be honest.

I am sure DF had a Major say in who the club brought in

Both been Leeds players long enough to not affect PSR, especially Jack. He'll be pure profit now I'd think. We've had him for 4 years and he wasn't that expensive. His salary is down to the NinersVictor_Notts-17 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 08, 2025 5:44 pm Not voted: not interested in this type of post/poll tbh. If we haven’t heard the truth by now Swannie I doubt we will, maybe it’ll come out in someone’s autobiography.

IIRC beating Palace that day would have put us ninth? Given us a solid base for survival, not complete collapse which followed

It's a results game sentiment aside. I think if we lose our next two matches, it'll become untenable for him. It will feel unfair as the board haven't really back him and he has in essence, a Championship squad to work with. I am not too sure who could do a better job with the players we have.

Rushed it, as was headed out. Hence the appalling sentence construction

Fans can be so fickle. What would the result of the poll be had it been launched after the west ham game (2 weeks ago)? We have a bad result against Brighton (hardly mugs) and the knives are out. Most of the forum seemed to accept that our squad lacked quality particularly in the final third to be a threat to most premier League teams and losing gnonto and James has not helped the situation. Given the lack of likely alternative proven managers I would only consider changing the manager if it's clear that the team are not playing for him. We need to be competitive tomorrow and against villa but city, Chelsea and Liverpool will outclass us though hopefully not thrash us. Those after farke's head need to be careful what they wish for.

I have a question.
How many points should we have by now?
Given our limitations.

If DF gets the shove I believe he’ll have been hard done by, and don’t think it’s so unlikely now as he is well through his contract term - the 49ers would be more likely to stick with him if it’d cost a fortune to get him out.The Subhuman wrote: ↑Sat Nov 08, 2025 4:20 pm Joachim Low

If he goes, Knutson from Bodo/Glimt is well regarded in Norway, even among rival fans, and would be worth the risk I think.
