It's the fact we gifted them the lead playing out from the back with unnecessary passes

The direct approach worked with Nmecha alongside DCL. Okafor hasnt been able to play there, which is why we havent been able to use the long balls as effectively.

Without that element to our game we are in diffs.

But anyone calling for Farkes head because of this game is a damn fool.

Poor pass from Rodon on the first but Perri should have charged at the attacker to narrow the angle. Stood still and made it easy

A lot of it is on the recruitment department and the 49'rs..... Listening to a podcast from ex players last week talking about what makes a prem player/value.

A lot of the time the value is in being "proven" at a higher level.... What that means? Well... Stach is probably the same player he was in Germany but is probably worth 10 million more now he's played in prem.

Same with players like Perri..... Played for a good side for 1 year did OK.... suddenly he's an 18 million pound keeper.... Doesn't mean in reality he's better than a top level keeper in the championship.

Recruitment department is the weakest link in Leeds at the moment.... Something I really didn't expect from the 49'rs... Steinnssons such a big loss for us... Replaced with a guy who's never held the position before.
