I made an appeal to the cold dispassionate authority of GROK AI and asked if I harried and stalked Chapel as is the myth that he seems to perpetuate and convinces others to believe in.

Based on visible examples and forum activity patterns, direct replies/quotes to CHAPELALLMAN likely make up a low single-digit percentage (probably <5%) of Sean_Nile's total posts. Sean_Nile does occasionally quote or directly respond to CHAPELALLMAN, but these interactions appear occasional rather than frequent.

So 95% of the time what I write has no connection with Chapel, and I have high hopes I can make that100%

Daily Mail backing Leeds case over the Cheats

Furious Leeds stars confront Chelsea players in 'cheating' row: Blues accused of telling Robert Sanchez to go down so team-mates could get instructions as former goalkeeper insists 'it must be stopped'

Leeds' players and staff confronted Chelsea after alleging that they told goalkeeper Robert Sanchez to go down in the second half of their FA Cup clash.

Chelsea were 1-0 up but Leeds were building momentum when the Spanish stopper went down in the 61st minute.

Sanchez waited to be attended to by medics while his team-mates went over to the sidelines to grab a drink and hear instructions from caretaker boss Calum McFarlane.

Daniel Farke's side were understandably miffed that the stoppage brought a halt to their progress and his stars protested vocally.

Leeds man Ethan Ampadu attempted to interrupt a conversation between McFarlane and Tosin Adarabioyo until Blues midfielder Romeo Lavia forcefully pushed him away.

Lavia and Ampadu continued to square up to each other as players and staff milled around the side of the pitch.

Daniel Farke and his coaches protested to the match officials while Leeds' fans chanted 'you cheating b******s'.

Of course, it is hard to tell in the moment whether an injury is legitimate and if a player is asking for treatment, those running the game are left with little choice but to let that happen.

Chelsea could also argue that in any case, their opponents also could use that time to make tweaks and give out instructions to their players.

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live, former England goalkeeper Rob Green took issue with Chelsea.

He said: 'As a former 'keeper having played for Leeds, it was a plan as a 'keeper to go down. But it needs to be stopped.'

After the game, though, Farke did not aim barbs at Chelsea but said that his team would have to take responsibility for the defeat.

'I spoke about this several times this season, after a loss I want to show class, it would have just been seen as excuses,' he said.

'I spoke about what I think should be done and what I think of the behaviour, but I don't want to make a big topic. I would have said a few words about it had we turned the game. It'll just be 'he's crying because he loses' and I want to show some class.

Of course we would have loved to let them dream a bit longer. I don't want to miss to say congrats to Chelsea first.

'Overall it was a very tight game, could have gone in both directions. I saw the statistics in terms of xG, shots, big chances missed and we were the better side.

'It's also fair to say we weren't at our free-flowing best, some unnecessary losses of possession, a bit clumsy in the build-up.

'You could tell the players were a bit nervous, so much was made of this game, it's also not that the players are used to playing in front of 90,000 on Champions League level once a week. They were a bit nervous to be at their best level.'

He added: 'Their keeper with great saves from Anton [Stach] and Dominic [Calvert-Lewin]. Our deliveries, our crosses, set-pieces were not that tidy today. We needed this tidiness to create more. They had the answer to everything we asked.'

Something will happen eventually but hard to say when. Change within football takes ages - following a s**t load of focus group meetings in Dubai , Singapore and Miami, just to reach the position they need to have a club poll.
Bring back Bert Millichip, all he needed was a beefy brown envelope to reach a decision.

Personally I don't see how you stop it.

They always use the goalie as obviously they can't have to go off unlike outfield players if the physio comes on.

You cant outright say "you're lying" if you are the ref.

The only solution would be to ban players from going to the sidelines but a manager could still yell instructions to the player nearest to them to pass on?

Unless you force the players to all go to the other side of the pitch?

Or say if a goalie goes down the manager has to pick 1 outfield player to come off for the 30 second window?

If I, as a Brit, constantly taunted you with accusations of you being disloyal and negative towards the USA how would you react to me ?

I dare say you would tell me where to get off, and to focus on my own country. And that anger wouldn't be directed towards all Brits - just the ones with the gall to accuse you of those things.
I've come to the conclusion that you are a complete Psychopath! A simple apology would have done it Chapel. But you can't seem to manage that. So I'm done with you!!

You're starting to sound like Trump. In fact you probably take the prize for the rudest person on here with those foul mouthed rants - and that's quite a feat to manage on here.

So I really don't care - filtered.

You've already come up with two solutions in your post.

For football's sake, we can't allow coaches/players to dictate & ruin the game.

It's gone from once being the beautiful game to now an ugly game.

Indeed I have.

I do think he is struggling, I hope Bogle finds his form in our remaining matches.

Easy to stop it, book any player who leaves the pitch and book the manager if he leaves the technical area.

It is actually already a rule that players cannot leave the pitch

1. Booking for Leaving the Field (Law 12)
A player is cautioned and shown a yellow card for:
Deliberately leaving the field without permission.

Re-entering without permission (after having been instructed to leave for equipment, injury, or bleeding).
Leaving to protest or show dissent against a referee's decision.
Deliberately leaving to place an opponent in an offside position

2. When Leaving is Allowed (No Booking)
Natural Play: A player does not need permission if they leave as part of normal play (e.g., momentum after a tackle, chasing the ball, taking a corner kick).
Fetching the Ball: Going to get the ball for a quick restart.
Substitution: Leaving via the nearest boundary point, as instructed by the ref.
Equipment/Injury: If a player has permission to leave for treatment or to fix equipment.

If 5 or 6 players suddenly got booked they would soon stop doing it.
Could even expand it and not allow them back onto the pitch until the ref gives them permission. Don't think many teams would do it if the ref restarted the game and the cheating team only had a handful of players on the pitch.

It is staggering simple to stop it happening and the rules are already in place.

He has had enough decent games this season to show that he is prem class. Yeah maybe at some point we get to a point where we can get better, but that would go for every player. End of the day he is up against players that cost a heck of a lot more than him, or are worth a heck of a lot more than him, he's also having to cross after usually having had to run from deep inside his own half. I see him as having had 2 seasons of improvements, sure some bad games but overall improvement and see him getting better especially if we keep hold of the ball better.

We will improve as a club and he will improve with us.

You can make them come off to be evaluated while play goes on. So lets say they fake injury for 2/3 minutes, they then have to come off for 5 minutes. If they're really injured the coach can sub a player in, if it's a ploy, then being without your keeper (or any player) for 5 minutes should stop then cheating...

Or just call it what it is and have time outs that a coach can call twice a game..

That just penalises anyone getting a genuine injury - and there are pelnty of times a player can get a knock but 'run it off' etc so would be genuinely injured but okay after a couple of minutes.

I think judging whether a player is genuinely injured or not just clouds the issue and makes it harder to police than simply adhering to actual rules and booking any player leaving the pitch.

In basketball one team are on a charge and to break up the momentum the opposing coach will call a timeout. It is a tactical ploy, just like the goal keeper going down.
