Re: Leeds United vs Burnley Match Thread
Pascal was poor in the second-half, tackles & defending he should have dealt with ease but he made a right old mess of it, making the final 30 minutes a nervous affair for our fans when we should have been coasting the game.

Only Brighton has more points from the last five games. We are a team in form at the right end of the season.

The usual players receiving criticism on this thread, but hardly any mention of Stuijk's costly howler & a couple of other defensive lapses from Pascal.

Interesting thing now is that Newcastle and Palace arguably have tougher matches remaining than we do. Palace lose today and we go above them.

Loved the serenading of Daniel Farke at the end![]()

I know it was weak opposition in this one, but for me the midfield with Tanaka is far more effective than with Aaronson. He works as hard but has superior outcomes in the majorty of challenges and 1on1's.

After they scored their goal Daniel made a couple of subs, and Ithought for two of our best players, and even later in the game brought on Gnonto and James... attacking wingers, those moves I thought were very adventurous and proved to work though at the time I thought we need to go more defensive, just shows you what do I know?

Re: Leeds United vs Burnley Match Thread
It wasn’t his best game.
Bijol played very well but imo, he has the slightly easier job than Rodon and Struijk as he sweeps up any awkward situations if they get drawn out of position, being central in the three.
