They have already sold 132M in players so far, adding 119M in players (Palastra, Quenda, Denner) so Rodgers takes them to a net 100M spend.. so far.

Yeah like I say slightly different positions but Morgan doesn't have the defensive nous that Gruev has. £117m for Morgan is more obscene than Jaydog at a Shepherds & Dildoes party.

Well said sir. It is rare that you talk sense but on this occasion you have certainly nailed it. If I had a cookie I'd be tempted to take a photo of it - though I wouldn't as it would be sheer madness on my part and therw ould be little point to it.

Not wanting to nick one of Victors favourite lines, but you are comparing 11goal, 8 assists Rogers with 0 goals and 4 assists Gruev (and that’s just last season)

Jeez! Can't blame Villa taking that kind of money for a player that didn't exactly have a remarkable or outstanding season with them last season and didn't pull up any trees when he eventually made it onto the pitch at the World Cup. Seems a fee that is circa £50m more than it should be!
