The key to making difficult incisive passes is knowing when to make them. They can often mean higher risk if not completed.

There is a distinct difference between being brave on the ball and recklessness.

For me the key component is decision making and intelligence to compliment technical ability.

Messi has all these attributes naturally.

All professional footballers can pass and have very good technical skills, football intelligence is what sets them apart.

Kalvin did amazingly well in it so I would think he would think of it as a lucky number.

Joshua did well in it, albeit not having to play much but that was the idea. Sure he remembers the shirt fondly.

Sinisterra did really well in it, and his major injury problems happened before he came to us and after he left - so again think he would remember it fondly.

So 3 out of 4 I guess would see it fondly, and certainly not unlucky.

From the club/fan point of view. We made £50m on KP, so that was good, we didn't need to rely on JG playing and he was a good influence in helping us get promoted, so that was good. We got our money back on Sinisterra and then karma got him so that is good.

So 3/4 in terms of the club/fans.

Not sure how you equate that to being unlucky???

My feeling is that we will see him in that position as an impact sub, same as Dan James on the right (and Gnonto before he left). I think it matches when we are behind, or trying for a winner, it is a way of throwing on extra attackers as they can overlap but without completely exposing us.

I would think Farke wanted to see Bahoya's character, see whether he would also defend. So yeah only a couple of minutes but maybe 2 minutes in which he has convinced Farke he can be trusted to not just do the attacking stuff.

We either had James and Bahoya at wing back at games end or we played only Tarik and Elvedi in defence which seems incredibly risky. As I said we got lucky whichever way. If James and Bahoya played wing as some say then we finished

Doesn't give him the best chance to thrive playing out of position same as Gnonto.
