I still cant send pms

How do you send a pm to someone??

I can only send one if I can click on their name first!

if you click on the little 'pm' sign under a person's name on the left handside it should automatically take you to a pm, with their name added to the pm.
you can then add extra people to send the pm to by typing their screenname in the text box under 'to' and then click 'add'. their name should come up above the box, next to the 'to'.

i suspect this is your problem, you are typing the names in but not clicking add. do correct me if i'm wrong like...

1. Clisk on the persons avatar or username
2. Just under "contact username" (whoever's name happens to be there), click on PM: Send Private message
3. Under compose message the name you wish to send the PM to is highlighted
4. put in a message heading / title
5. type message
6. click submit

First find a post they have done!

Go to the members sub forum, lookup the member name and do the procedure I have already explained!

THIS should take you to the member search page.

IF not, (as I said above) click on 'search' (HERE) or top right of your screen. and there is a box where you can search for a specific 'authors' post.
OR click the 'members' bit, and find the name alphabetically.
