I dont know with this tribunal looming. Bates has been very quiet and reserved over the matter though which is unusual.

If nothing is being said then you can safely say it's a sensitive subject, would you work for an employer who reveals your personal life to 40'000 and lots more people?

The way I see it, a lot of shady s**t has gone down at ER this season, be that w**ker bates, grayson boning staff, under arm deals.... No wonder we are all a bit miffed.
FFS managers dont go round boning staff while he is married!!!
A leader has to be whiter than white....
I still remember reading something that o brien was dating some kind of stripper/model type and if was feeling a insecure becasue she was a big tart but liked her then grayson comes up to you who has just been found out for f**king behind his wifes back and starts saying "pull your self together man! its only a woman!" How would you react to been told what to do by a guy who cant keep it in his pants?

Its just what I read, so when Grayson challenges o brien, and O brien reacts badly, he might of said "That's rich coming from a fucker like you!" Grayson risks losing respect in the dressing room, O brien find an outlet for his anger - hence the stalemate and the o brien not playing.

Its all theory and hear say - but if you want it to make sense, it does just that!
I'm sure if we tried we could make up a theory about o brien and his dog and grayson telling him he cant bring it to training...
Ya know, it can go on forever cant it.

They are a group of grown men, I would think Grayson having an affair with somebody wouldn't effect his standing within the group it is nobodies business, if he has lost the dressing room surely it is over something different

Personally i've always just assumed that it was because he came to Leeds from premiership Bolton thinking he'd be king sh!t, got dropped two games in to the season and that, for him, translated in to Simon being the worst manager he'd ever come across.

I think he begged him to play against Leicester because we didnt have anyone else, and once Tom Lees came back from injury he vowed to never play for us again.

Spoiled w**ker if you asked me. Nothing to do with Simon.

That's just my guess, of course... just like your GUESS is that it's something more sinister.

hi, new to the site,this might be old news but here goes for a first post
last season march/april time grayson was interviewed after a game and had small cuts on his face, and if you noticed neil kilkenny was sporting a cracking blackeye for a couple of weeks,well the lass grayson was having an affair with,kilkenny had been seeing her for a while and when he found out, kilkenny confronted grayson and ended up kicking the sh*t out of each other.

kilkenny was known as the marmite man,most of the players liked him ,higher up did`nt(had a big mouth in there eyes),he was one of the players reps, and alot of the players were p*ssed off with grayson and it did cause alot tension in the dressing room,the pair of them did`nt speak again but agreed to be civil,bates took graysons side in the matter, slags kilkenny off for months,thats why the wild celebration towards bates when he scored

a friend of our lass,her son works at thorpe arch( and swears the first bit is 100% true,he helped break the fight up)and the rest is what he`s been told from other staff at t/a

so i cant see o`brien going to grayson for advice on women

I've heard that before. Not sure how true it all is but I've certainly heard it before.
