Aye, agree. The coming weeks just gives the management team a list of who to keep and / or get rid ofToby wrote:Anyone else feel a bit relieved? No pressure now, season properly over.
Don't like these players, don't really care what happens in the next 4. About 7 of the players playing today won't be here come August.
So you could say this isn't even our team anymore.. it's just a bunch of guys making up the numbers for another 3 weeks or so.
Lose or win the next 4, it doesn't really matter now.
Come on next season

IF you where the owners of Leeds, and had a manager performing this badly, would you trust him on signing any players??? I shure as hell would not.

I don't think NW is really to blame for underperformance of an inherited team? Had he had the power to buy and then this happen then yes get rid.Kepler wrote:IF you where the owners of Leeds, and had a manager performing this badly, would you trust him on signing any players??? I still lay the blame at the feet of the owner for the state of the team we see now

I agree that the blame ultimately lies with the ownership but some blame must still lie with NW. Is this team performing even worse than it did under Grayson?Armleywhite wrote: I don't think NW is really to blame for underperformance of an inherited team? that is the point. We have seen these players play better before, so why are they not playing for NW? But OFC the bord is to blame. They chose to go for a short term solution with a crap managerDuffman wrote:

Lets get things straight this is the previous manager shite NW is having to get on with !
How the hell can you judge him with no players he has purchased himself ?!
So lets Get real please - if we are still doing crap Xmas then fair enough but give the man a flaming chance to shape he's own team !!!!

Totally agree Gurj. Even Jose couldn't polish the turds Grayson brought into our club. I hope Warnock clears them ALL out and starts again. Gutless fekkers.Gurj wrote:@PhilHayYEP: Warnock: "A lot of players playing today know they won't be here next season. That's a difficult scenario." #lufc

Re: vs Derby
Im watching the West Ham v Brum game, and our scenario is going to be similar to Brum's at the start of next season. Last year they were relegated from the Prem, Lost a lot of players and had to purchase / acquire new ones. All done with a new manager & done with a crook of a owner. Look how they have done?Twiggster wrote:

Have faith in Warnock. Good manager, with a proven track record. Anyone who seriously thought we were going to go up this year need a reality check...

Re: vs Derby
Sharkey - the difference is, that Brum have a chairman who DID actually release money for players for the manager to buy.
However, I agree with your thoughts.

Re: vs Derby
But the previus manager had his shite players playing alot better than NW. SO I am worried when a manager like NW, who is known for his motivating skills, cant even get them to fight for their future or a move away. And the fact that he does not even try diffrent players out, but like the players has just given up, and is waiting for the season to be over, is just not good enough. HE shuld use the games like friendleys, and give some game time for the younger players, and players like rodgers, who needs a chance to show what he has...Gurj wrote:@PhilHayYEP: Warnock: "A lot of players playing today know they won't be here next season. I don't Leeds to just get promoted. I wan't leeds to get promoted, and be ready for the premier league like Norwich and Swansea. NW is not the manager for that job. HE has never been that kind of a manager. That is why I never wanted him, and so far he has not sown me anything to change my wiev of him.
he now has 4 games to get me to change my minde about him. It in not werry hard for him to do. Just try some more players out, stick a few youngsters on the bench, and use the bloddy bench earlyer than in the 80th min. That is all it takes. Just show that he is planing propperly.

I agree with most of this post. I'm not entirely sure what is going on with our team at the moment. We seemed to be sorting the defence out when Warnock first appeared but now we seem to be leaking goals in at one end and not scoring at the otherKepler wrote: But the previus manager had his shite players playing alot better than NW. Re: vs Derby
After the Watford shambles didnt Warnock indicate wholesale changes would be made to the team?
Sorry, but Ive seen no evidence of that in the last 2 games. Another manager (see Mancini/Tevez) who spouts bollox to apease the supporters but in the end does jack.
Didnt go today despite being a ST holder, wont support a set of cheats masquerading as LUFC footballers. This season has, without doubt been the most shambolic in living memory (and that includes the Wise relegation season and the Clarke relegation season).
At the end of the day, leadership comes from the top - enough said.

How can are players feel positive when NW is being so negative in the press. He is right what he's saying but should keep his opinions to him self, at least till the end of season
