Re: Transfer Rumours: Summer 2012
He was only playing high up the pitch and going on those runs as he swapped positions half way through the game when King went off. He played half the game as CM which is not his fav position.Jason123 wrote:Age is not on his side for Maik, Bradley is very quick, again he is 27/28 not one for me!
Saw Bamba last night, plays very high up the pitch likes to get forward at every opportunity, at fault for the second goal, dont rate his passing however he is a very physical player.
Not sure if he is a target for NW hopefully if we do we can reign him in a bit.

I am not sure why you would bother looking at strikers, Billy aside I would keep them.
I would be looking at a winger (or two) and a couple of central midfielder's, then the defence.

Every game I predict a 3 - 1 Leeds win, I am traditional like that.

I agree, however, as we will have limited funds I would suggest that up front is in least need of replacements.ldj90 wrote:

I agree that it's the lowest priority but we still lack that ability to be able to scare teams and hit them on the counter.mav wrote:

I think we require 2 cb, 1 fb (2 if white doesn't sign), 1 attacking cm (howson type), 1 winger and 1 striker if we want to challenge next season.

Leeds hold talks with Diouf

I'm not sure what to make of this. I guess if Warnock believes he will improve the team and help us get promoted, then so be it. But honestly not sure why we'd hold talks with someone who Warnock "hates"...

As a player he would be perfect for us. Not sure I could ever support such an absolute tosser though.

Re: Leeds hold talks with Diouf
Not sure what i make of this. Was their best player against us and most people consider him a decent footballer, at least at this level..would he be so bad for a knock off price as donny are relegated?
More to the point if the rumour is true it suggests maybe bates has loosened the purse strings for wornock?
Dont like diouf, thought our chants at him were hilarious but he would suit the perceived nature of our club and add to the were hated, we dont care feel at leeds which would do us no harm.
