But........
With this thread there's abit of excitement in it fella.... Lets hope for a good one

Well you hear it all the time the talent that's out there with no one really looking!!
Listened to Talksport other night and that debate came up...
Scours arnt goin to places that arnt popular or exotic but that is we're the talent lies.... It shows there's a kid from Bradford city forgot his name but he has been prolific for them!!
He wouldn't cost much so why not take a gamble?
Plenty of talent in our youth squad. Dunno how or why Warnock took the chance with Lees and Samby...but two MAJOR developments this season!
He needs to look at home more, rather than get in journeymen and old has beens.
Our kids, that WANT to play for the club who gave them their chance.
Old heads alongside young guns.
It worked for The Don and Sgt.Wilko.

Well looking at our youth squad it certainly looks promising

Seems to me that the best thing about the current LUFC team is the never say die team spirit and therefore would the signing of a guy on substantially higher wages than any other player upset the apple cart ?
NW has said himself we have no big time Charlie's so would JB coming back cause issues ?
When he took the armband for the Bristol Rovers game Beckford gave one of the finest Captain's performances I remember seeing at Elland Road. He was vocal, involved in everything, mature in his handling of Gradel's meltdown, and selfless, essentially playing Left Wing and tacking back once we went a goal up. I guess a lot would depend on whether his experiences since leaving would have taught him humility.
Beckford has apparently extended his loan deal with the Dog Botherers to the end of the season so it's probably a non starter anyway.

Good, don't want him back. He had signed for hudds and it was Leicester that pulled the rug on that one which left him just going on loan, really sounds that he's Leeds and he knows he is
I'm going back to 505, I saw them at Sheffield and they were amazing.
As a left back we could try and get Matija Nastasić in on loan until end of the season, seems to be out of favour at the minute at man city at the minute and although he's probably on a lot of money we could probably get him for a fraction of his man city wage

Was asked this Saturday in for by one of our American friends in terms of Ireland. I have seen enough good and hungry players worth a punt (no pun intended) over here and Ireland has been a happy hunting ground before. I am sure that there are a few in the youth squad worth promoting a la Poleon and Byram, too.
