I don't. We have already lost too many players to England and England Lions - Root, Bairstow, Bresnan, Ballance - and did you notice that in the recent England under 19 series, there were 5 Yorkies in the 11 (including 15-year old Matthew Fisher who is a very impressive quick bowler)?

We need to win the championship, then they can take a few away for the winter.

As a nudge to the England selectors, Chris Tremlett - overlooked in favour of Woakes - took 8 for 96 against Durham, our only serious challengers for the championship

- Warickshire almost batted out of the game by Somerset who lead by 188 with 2 wickets left (final day).
- Middlesex threatening to win having almost thrown game away, now need 119 with 3 wickets left, having needed 177 with 3 left.
- Durham looking solid against Surrey, but maybe have scored too slowly for win given forecast for rain over weekend, 421 all out (second day); that said, just seen Surrey are 5-2!

Somerset all out, Warwickshire need 189 to win.

That will all depend on the rain - if it holds off then I would fancy Warwickshire to get that by treating it as a one-day game (and therefore also risk losing)
