Anyone keeping up with the raheem stering news? seems hes thrown all his toys out of the pram, and called in sick and refused to go on liverpools pre season tour. Scouse friend of mine says there was alot of talks trying to convince him to stay to which raheems come out and said its not money anymore - he just doesnt want to work under rogers.

Tim sherwood was quoted saying he was going to be looking at the loan market to fill delphs position.... i was alittle confused by this, being naive ? or wanting to spend the whole 40 on other areas.

I very much doubt Tim will be given the 40m to spend on players if his resposne was the loan market then the board are clearly squirriling that money away.

40m could buy you 5 or 6 decent premiership players easily which would for sure solidify them in the prem and give them a good base to work from.
