Wouldn't mind Montero as an option off the bench to run at tired defences. I know very little of James. 16 games 1 goal 4 assists this season. Suggests he'd be no better than what we already have.

Apparently it's something like £30k a week for 18 months, so it's like £2.2m. Certainly not breaking the bank, though I do wonder whether we're looking at selling someone to offshoot it or Radz has changed his plans.
