This is the second match in the last 2 months that the match exceeded the add on time. I can't get video of the matches and its excuricating painful to suffer through time that was more than was originally noticed. Is there a place to see the clock time when the added time was noticed during during regular time? As I understand how it works, anything that occurs that stops time after notification during full time, is added on without further notice to "the public." I'd like to know why I see 5 minutes added on and then have it go on beyond that point with no discernable reason for it on my end.

Didn't see anything at the time Selma, We did bring Shack on but that shouldn't matter and we didn't dawdle the change like a lot of teams do

I've never seen a time added on that doesn't go beyond the original time shown. That is always a minimum time, and one reason that the time is always longer is that refs never stop an attacking piece of play. If that results in a corner - as happened yesterday - they allow that to be taken as well. giving the attacking team a chance to get men into the box. The same if there is a free-kick or a penalty.

Not sure that's right harry. First half Alio shot blocked for a corner...HT whistle blown

Maybe it's something they do at the end of the match rather than at the end of the first half. Or maybe it's more common here in the A-league, though again probably more likely at the end of a match than the end of the first half.

Though even the first half has it's traditions where 1 minute is almost invariably added unless there has been a serious injury stoppage.

Maybe. We don't seem to get an extra 90 seconds to 2 minutes when we need to score though. Whistle is usually fairly prompt then

I'm definitely not moaning White Swan, we got the three points which is brilliant. We must be owed about a million penalties by now. I'm more than happy that we got a penalty and a fluke, it's awesome and about time too

I thought we deserved the win, but we should be making it easier by putting these chances away. Because we haven't and we're susceptible at the back it keeps making for anxious finishes to games we should have buried.

Bamford got in the right places but didn't capitalize, apart from the pen, but I still think he will give us the goals we need.

Shame WBA and blunts didn't draw. WBA now need to come for a win on Friday, which is better for us. Blunts are managing games very well, but we'll have the chance to beat them at ER soon.

It is gonna be tight, but I still believe that we can and will get automatic promotion.

Hold fast and keep the faith everyone, it's getting closer :scar1 :scar1 :scarfe2:

again a massive 3 points towards our course .
However lets be honest here yesterday was far from convincing pretty ordinary and majority poor.
a bit stereotype i thought majority of our crosses were awful and again we was lacking composure in and around the box.
bamford is still very ring rusty for me looked sluggish at times but i feel we are going to need the very best from him now on in if we are going to get into the top two positions.
shown yesterday we are going to miss roofe for his work rate, craft and his movement if nothing else.
lets not kid ourselves they are going to be a lot tougher games ahead than bolton and a big improvement will be needed

Nothing wrong with being honest which is being misconstrued for our fans moaning

My report is exactly true :

We can't shoot or head accurately on a consistent basis
We gift goals at corner kicks on a regular basis
Our crossing/final ball is poor is poor
We should be out of sight in the majority of our victories

Our fans have the every right to question these consistent inadequacies.

We shouldn't have to be biting our nails or nearly suffering a thrommie in almost every game

We have every right to question/moan Swannie

Yesterday's match was very frustrating & not for the first time.

Sometimes I do wonder what our players do in training when it comes to shooting & crossing a ball

We say why didn't Bamford put those 4 chances away, and not that the Keeper made some good saves

Too close to the keeper, at least they were on target

We're not clinical enough

The trouble we have is that we don't see every match that Norwich, Sheff Utd and WBA play, we don't see their sh*t performances where they scrape a win we usually just see the highlights. If you watched just the Leeds highlights yesterday then you would think we could have scored 4 or 5. We don't see WBA scraping the win against QPR in the last minute of injury time after twice being pegged back, how brilliant were they then, we just bemoan the last minute winner and say that is the sign of a good team. We forget that Sheff Utd blew a 3 goal lead against Villa recently, we forget that Norwich got thumped 3-1 by Preston with Preston scoring 3, having a goal disallowed, Preston hitting the bar a couple of times and Norwich only scoring in injury time. If you watched every Norwich, Sheff Utd and WBA match I can guarantee that you'd find several scrappy performances where they won. Same as with us they will probably have had just a handful of great performances. Same with any team that wins titles or gets promoted they win most matches because of 1 moment of magic in an otherwise drab match, because their striker took his chance and the opposition's striker put his chance wide, because their keeper made a save at 0-0, because their free kick deflected into the only part of the goal the keeper couldn't cover, their mishit shot ricocheted perfectly to their striker, their shot that the keeper was saving deflects past him etc. We don't know the circumstances that dictated their matches, we don't know when Norwich beat Bolton 4-0 if the home crowd turned on their team when Norwich scored early and the Bolton players gave up.

What we do see is our team play. The good is only remembered if we win comfortably. The bad is usually remembered more than the good if we scrape a win against teams we consider we should be thrashing, yet thrashings are rare in this division with hard working players more common amongst all teams than players of real quality.

Take the win, we have played better and we have played worse. Add the 3 points to the tally because the points earned are the same whether we played beautifully or scraped a win. Yes for goal difference and heart pressure it would be nice to simply win 4-0. Did Wilko's team win beautifully every week when they were promoted, no they got jittery too and scraped over the line, did Grayson's side that was storming to promotion at Christmas romp to promotion, nope scraped over the line, did Wilko's title winning team put out the performances like beating Villa 4-1 away and Sheff Wed 6-1 away every week or did they win scrappy games more often than not? Even Fergie's Man Utd sides that dominated English football had several performances each season where they scraped wins.

I am sure WBA would have been happier with a scraped 1-0 win yesterday instead of losing a match where they had 57% possession and had 18 shots to the opposition's 7.

Spot on Weasel

We don't see enough of other teams to compare their weekly 90 minute performances to ours

And I think fans tend to judge their own team more strictly and are more likely to notice errors than they would when other teams make them, because they matter more when your own team makes mistakes or has weaknesses.
