Marcelo Bielsa will pit hit wits against former Whites Manager Garry Monk as Leeds are the visitors to St Andrews Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

It will be interesting to see what kind of reception messrs Monk, Clotet and Beattie get from a packed away end?

Casilla has served his one match ban, and looks set to resume normal duties between the sticks.

Alioski will (more than likely) finish the 2018-19 campaign at left back after it was confirmed that Douglas will be out of action until pre season following an operation for knee ligament damage sustained against Millwall last weekend.

Roofe has been training with the first team all week. It remains to be seen whether our leading scorer will have to settle for a place on the bench, or whether out of form Bamford will make way for him.

Birmingham City find themselves five points from the drop zone having been docked 9 points for financial fair play irregularities!

Leading scorer Che Adams will be looking to add to his 22 goal tally!

Roofe is available for Birmingham.

Izzy Brown has been injured (surprise surprise ) but is back now.

No word on whether Kiko starts (he must surely).

Bielsa on reverse fixture and Phillips early sub

"We are playing the game in a different period of time. The change was for a reason. We are not thinking about making any changes with Kalvin Phillips"

BPF, Berardi, Dallas, Shackleton, Forshaw, Clarke, Roofe on the bench then

unless he sacrifices one of the above for Brown

Could be a very interesting game... especially if both teams play in their yellow and blue football strips.

I reckon we will win 3-1.

Let's hope for a confidence boosting win. We play almost half our remaining fixtures in the next week so it is time for things to start to really click.

Come on You Leeds!

Don't have a great feeling about this one - Kiko back is a big plus though.

Hi all,
I'm sensing a 3-0 win to us this afternoon.
Pablo, Roberts and Klich to score.
Brum are on a right downer, with the 9 point deduction, that's effectively 0 points out of 24 and very close to relegation.
Remember what a great job Monk did of motivating Leeds to implode when play-offs seemed nailed on 2 years ago
I also have a really strong feeling that Blunts will drop points today at Preston, either 1-0 to PNE or a 1-1 draw.
This is definitely under our control as long as the lads can hold their nerves, put the chances away and not make daft mistakes.
Amazing watching Bielsa celebrate at the end of Millwall (w**kers), I absolutely love Bielsa.
We are gonna do this :scar1 :scarfe2: :shirtw:

Been watching the other game this morning. Don't know if Norwich are that good or if QPR are that bad, but the 3-0 halftime score is not an indication of just how one-sided that game has been.

So we're playing for second, I think. Just as well, though. Leeds and Norwich clearly the class of the league this year.

Birmingham 0-2 Leeds United.

OOPS. Just realised I cast my vote for 2-0 in the poll when it should have been 0-2.

Norwich are on easy street now. They have found that winning formula and are looking like worthy champions.

We need to emulate them now.

My most reliable link is showing that our match is streaming today

Just PM me if you need this link ;-)

Good to see Roofey on the bench.

It would be great to set him loose for the last 30 mins, after Paddy has knocked in a hat-trick  :fire:

Thanks QPR 0-4 Budgies, useless bastards
Come on Leeds
Lets hope PNE are brilliant today and s**t on Tuesday, and Brummies just the opposite ;-)
Strange how us and blunts have same fixtures today and Tuesday with just 5 left after that - what are the odds of that??

I'm your fellow pessimist on MOT Haighy :( I fear our players being red carded today....
