Leeds shouldn't even have been relying on others to bail them out.

Genghers wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2019 3:33 pm Big call to leave out Phillips. Not really sure what the reasoning would be, unless he's got a knock from Friday.

I wish teams would roll over against us like they do for Sheff...
Phillips has looked defensively vulnerable recently, he's manfully acquitted himself there fairly well all season but we leave teams too much room in front of the back 4 and that's probably because Kalvin sits to deep there and doesn't command that area. He also got schooled by pacier forward mids like Che Adams and the guy from Wigan recently. That's Kalvin's job to keep them quiet.

As I say probably a knock though but if he is injured why is he on the bench?

Our best performances have come when Kalvin has played well and stepped into midfield more (like you say). I just worry, as I don't think I noticed Forshaw for the entire time he was on the pitch last time out.

Lets get at them straight away and hopefully put some goals on. 9 behind sheff now...

Hull didn't even look like they were trying for 2 of the Sheff goals and the other was a great finish from outside the box (but not a huge amount of pressure on McGoldrick).

Another opening created but poor control by Roberts allows the keeper to collect the loose ball

Let's hope we haven't got a keeper playing out of his skin again!

That was a really heavy touch. Good work to get the ball back in that position though.

This pitch is absolutely tiny - I'm not surprised they have a good record here.

Forshaw I think ...Phillips is very good when teams don't come at us. If he gets time he's just fine
