Another impressive performance from young Ben to add to his CV, our defence was much calmer when White came on after the break

I think he has learned alot from Duffy (for me only VVD is a better defender in the PL).

I think he has learned alot from Duffy (for me only VVD is a better defender in the PL).

They spent £20m on Webster, so they must not rate him. Unfortunately I could see Man City, Scum, Arsenal looking at him.

Although he did give the ball away in our box late on in the match under a bit of pressure - probably the first time this season. Hope this guy signs permanently for us, failure to get promoted would see him got he same way as Dan James.

Only because our protecting DM had been subbed with no Cooper & Berardi at the back, Ben was under immense pressure as it was like calamity jane at the back in those last fifteen minutes

If the Phillips sub was tactical, Bielsa made a massive error as we went from controlling the game to a complete shambles in the final quarter

Theres talk that The Seagulls have slapped a £20m price tag on his head. Apparently they are gobsmacked at the improvement of him under Bielsa in such a short space of time.

Wonder if the story has been written by the same journalism who suggested City had slapped a £20m price tag on Harrison with nothing to support their story.

Quite possible weasel. The lad is blossoming under Bielsa though. One thing for sure, he'll go back a better player than when he joined us

Definitely. I feel he is probably worth more than £20m now given how much english defenders go for.

Looks like he'll be a bench warmer if he does sign for the Scousers. We are always going to lose out to the so called big boys, until we reach the Premier League. Very annoying as we spot the talent, nurture it with Bielsa magic, just so other teams can benefit from it. Look at Dan James.....the fact that Bielsa wanted him, had spotted his talent was enough for Scum to pounce once our deal for him fell through!

I said the top 6 will be looking at him. You can't be a young English defender who's that good on the ball and not interest the top clubs.
