I missed who got the assist. So Harrison has 4 assists in 4 games. Fair enough and at least he's improved in the regard. Just needs to improve his shooting and decision making imo.

We've dropped points in all those games. The only game we deserved to lose was Millwall.
Strange, match stats have Preston down as 10 shots, 2 on target.

Great but what happens after that has been the concern. Sometimes he tries to beat him again. But his end product is what will give us goals.
And he needs to be able to hit the target when he gets the chance to do so. How far out was he tonight with his miss? Nine yards was it?

Baggies draw at home with Barnsley, 12 shots only 3 on target, useless bunch of tw@ts
They also came from 2-0 down, I doubt we would. I don't care if others threw points away. Us throwing points away every game is why we were playing tonight and we're not a PL side, so excuse me for being frustrated/angry about the same things happening again.

In the predictions forum 8 out of 23 predicted a 1-1 draw
that is 34%

I think we knew it was going to be a tough game and I think
we got what we deserved.

I come not to bury Bamford but to praise him.

Absolutely. What he has done to transform individual players like Dallas, Cooper and even Alioski, but you'll see other Managers change 3 or 4 players depending who they play, and the tactics they use...

They scored with their first attempt on goal after we missed countless chances. Keep putting your head in the sand though. You're obviously happy to remain in the Championship forever.

I don’t know how anyone can be happy with a point in some of these games where we’re having close to or just over 20 attempts per game and only have 3-5 shots on target.

Look at tonight. Bamford swing his right foot from 8 yards and it went way over and wide.

Then there was the free header from a corner and he didn’t even hit the target.

Then the square ball he missed before he came off.

How can Bielsa persist with him when Eddie comes on and actually looks like a goal scorer. I don’t care about running the channels. That shouldn’t be a strikers role if you’re playing one up front. That’s why you play wingers and wing backs. If a striker runs the channel who is in the box if you cross?

You lot are deluded - who the hell is likely to get anywhere near the performances out of the team that MB has over the last 18 months.....I really do despair at times. That would be the single stupidest thing this club has done in the last 15 years at the very least.....probably since PR thought it would be a great idea to borrow against future revenues and squander it on over priced average players....

But only 2 off the top.

Well at £6m a year he should at least have a different game plan rather than picking the same team and making the same subs constantly and being so predictable that opposition don't need to do any planning. Again I said I don't think he should be sacked, but why is he above criticism?

I didn’t quote tonight’s game. I was speaking in general about matches this season. The shots to to shots on target ratio is poor by any standard.

I said before it's tight because it's so poor and yet we still won't go up. Most teams are just average and play the same way. Yet we dominate every game and still lose to one shot against our goal, while we need 56789 shots to score.

When I said "just fck off" I meant life in general rather than Bielsa, but I get why people read it that way.

That’s what I don’t get, it’s not even half full, we could conceivably have 8 - 10 more points, conservatively 6.....if we were playing badly i’d Understand but we are largely dominating games. Bielsa has shown faith in his striker, that’s what he does and I think players respond to that. I’m sure MB hasn’t brought Eddie in to pee him off and his chance of a run will come, what have we got 30 odd games to play....thought subs were late myself today but we’re talking tweaks, team, squad, manager and club not looked stronger for many a year.

Hegelian Dialectic
Dialectic comprises three stages of development: first, a thesis or statement of an idea,
(Bamford fits well with the system that Bielsa want to playbut alas for all his efforts does not score goals)
which gives rise to a second step, a reaction or antithesis that contradicts or negates the thesis,
(When Nketiah comes on as a substitute even though not as defensive as Bamford he scores goals...)
and third, the synthesis, a statement through which the differences between the two points are resolved.
(Bielsa will have to find a way to accomodate both players in the team to maximise both of their strengths
he has been able to do this before with good results when he paired Roofe with Bamford)

The Application of Hegelian Dialectic would satisfy both sets of fans and would silence the press
and terminate the continuous verbiage that echoes throughout social media.
