Our Quayside where we enjoy a glass or two of an evening. The waterfall we made fro good old Yorkshire stone, brought all the way from Wakey in our little Fiat 500

Just as pretty as I remember, idyllic Swannie

Some great pictures on here, some really lovely stuff (even the snakes Bob), unfortunately mines still a work in progress. Wall built to create boundaries from the 2 different levels, plus some security. Now the structure of the garden as taken shape,after 10 tonne bags of brambles and nettles removed plus 3 tonne bags of rubble, I've done the pathways and erected 3 dry stone walls from tonnes of sandstone I've found in the garden. Laid 210 sq mtrs of turf ,after leveling a very sloping part of the garden, Just laid one patio for the kids to sit outside a summerhouse the last owners left, this week I'm building some steps up to it. Then i can start planning putting in some plants and shrubs to create some colour, oh yeah got 4 conifers to rip out. Then i need to start on the lower part. Definitely a work in progress.

I've always appreciated a nice garden like the ones shown on here but never had the time or inclination to have anything other than a lawn and a few shrubs, this one's a challenge but if it turns out how I've got it in my head it should be worth the hard work.
