Any kind of marketing will improve, but also you need to learn something like bigquery unstructured data. This trick will improve your work with big data. You need to work with semantics, meta tags, and optimization. In my case, I turned to this blog https://www.owox.com/blog/use-cases/bigquery-schema/, which help me to promote my business and website.

I haven't, but I don't sweat ..At all (saved a fortune on antiperspirant in my life) so the only way to reduce my core temperature is cold showers ...Been doing it for years in the summer but my guess is he'd say continue all year round

Yes, he's obviously takes it to the extreme, not looked into it too closely myself but it's supposed to be very good for any ailments that's worsened by inflammation.

He's so big into breathing techniques.

Talking of cold water, I should be on holiday, swimming across Crummock Water or Buttermere - bliss!
Instead, I’ve had to cancel and decided to stay at work hmmm 🤔

Worked this morning

Serious organisation plan today

Loads of football on the telly today
Leeds, Leeds , Leeds on LUTV
Epsom race meeting including the Oaks (3.40pm) & the Derby (4.55pm)

So everything clashes.....

Record the racing & watch it when I've calmed down after our big game today

I'm cleaning the grout in my kitchen floor. 8-)
The good news is that I thought "I need some music to listen to, what was that Little Feat Album I used to like?"
I looked on Spotify and found it. "The Last Record Album" from 1975.
It's even better than I remembered it.
Probably 40 years since I last heard it and I love it.
Day or Night, Somebody's Leavin', Long Distance Love, Down Below the Borderline etc etc
AWESOME.

Continuing to write a couple of FF/D rookie draft articles for FF forums. Posting big boards. Starting on my 2021 scouting by setting up the 2021 pages on my forum. 3 drafts underway. Updating the stats thread here. Watering my sisters garden while she's on the IoW, spot of shopping for the partners 88 yr old mum. She has a rotten back door that needs replacing and I have 3/4 spare doors here. Just need to work out how to get them over there..

Rob, those veggies look wonderful. Roasted with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. And roasted garlic spread onto some good bread. Man, there's nothing better.
