Footballers don't play BCD as they would with a crowd, it's a different game less intensity. Only one top 6 team won and that's only because they played another top 6 team...Going to be interesting to see this mini season final table, really wouldn't surprise me if we didn't finish top 6. LUFC fans dominate home and away and we're going to miss that badly

Ratings

Meslier - 7 - Easy to blame the keeper for the goals, but I'm not
Ayling - 8 - Good game I thought till what must have been an injury bought him off
Dallas - 7 - Not his usual self imo, but did little wrong. Not sure where he was for the second
Cooper - 6 - Thought it was Harrison caught on his heels not so much a poor Cooper pass, but should have done better for the first
White - 7 - Not to blame for the goal, had to back track to cover the runner moving down his right.
Phillips - 5 - Lost possession for the first, didn't make up ground very quickly. Some poor corners and FK's
Costa - 6 - Disjointed game from Helder, but with nothing to aim for in the box when he did get in good positions made it difficult
Harrison - 5 - Poor game from him I thought, caught a little cold for the Coop pass out of defence for the second, lack of outlets meant he hung onto the ball too long. Unlucky with the goal bound shot
Klich - 7- Usual Klich game for me considering the circumstances..
Bamford - 2
Roberts - 7 - Fairly sharp considering the lay off I thought, one gorgeous pass into the box showed vision and forced a good save from very little late. The run and cross for Harrison probable equalizer was very nice too..

Poveda - 6 - Flashed
Gotts - 5 - Took no risks which is not what you want from a sub trying to make an impact
Alioski - 5 - Hardly noticed him

Oh how I've missed the match day thread after a defeat. We swing from walking the league and more than holding our own in the Prem to a shower of shite who'll be lucky to limp over the line. Yes, it was disappointing not to widen the gap, but it's as you were with a game less to play after a rusty performance against a side we always struggle with. Calm the f**k down, no need to panic. ;-)

Bamford needs to be dropped against Fulham and that might shake him up a bit.

If Bamford is going to play again then he will be like last time ie no goals in four matches and then he starts scoring again but it could be toooooooooooooooo late then.

After yesterday's game I felt like it was the 2nd leg of the Derby match last season and yet thankfully we still have 8 games left

Even this Leeds team aren't capable of not finishing in the top 6. Image

In a mini 9 league division BCD we could end up mid table...We're guaranteed the playoffs as a worst case scenario for me

I've re-watched the whole game as there is a you tube link. Not sure if it will last but it was there yesterday

Thought Roberts was better than I initially thought. A lovely crossfield ball under pressure to Costa which set up Ayling in a dangerous position very early, (after 5.)

I'd mark him higher now, Ben probably MOTM on second viewing. Roberts second, Klich, who had a good game third

White, Dallas & Ayling stood out for me, not great but certainly near the standard we come to expect from them.

Ayling only 60 minutes would knock him down for me slightly and Dallas was busy I agree.
