Let's face it Brentford are the best of the four teams in the play offs and they finished third so they deserve to go up but things dont always work out that way.
This season Northampton (where I'm originally from) finished 7th but won the play offs.
The play offs are a lottery and any of the four could win it.

Did my heart good to see such joyous celebrations... long may it continue.
We have a player in Poveda... low centre of gravity, tricky feet, and pace to burn, and not afraid to take
his man on, yet is sensible enough to make the killer pass. He will be challenging Costa on that wing.
We've only seen him a couple of times but he looks better than Costa in my opinion.
Great to have competition for the place though.

Don't feel sorry one bit for Bowyer, took us through the courtz and pulled out of a £9m deal with Liverpool, only to runout his contract,we got £270,000 instead, great player, horrible human.

When Leeds United are playing I would do my utmost to cancel all appointments, engagements & definitely things that can wait until the next day
Best I got was the last 30 minutes of the sky sports updates.

Which was worth it for

1. One of their summarisers swearing when Forest conceded their fourth goal and
2. Nathan Jones starting another touchline dispute with one of the Blackburn staff.
3. Gerhard Struber in tears during his interview after the game
4. Oh yes and Leeds lifting the trophy

Not Cardiff (Harris), not Fulham (Mitrivic), not Brentford (London) so it'll have to be Swansea.
I wonder if it's going to be consecutive playoffs heartache for PJ. ?

Exactly. Both him and Kewell, but only Kewell gets sh*t for it.

A lot of the players sh*t on the club still taking wages long after they left for example, bleeding the club dry. A lot of circumstances/bad luck also contributed. As mentioned Bowyer could have gone to Liverpool and we would have got £9m, DaCourt could have gone to Lazio for I think £16m (instead we got £1m from Roma). We probably had enough value in the playing staff to get us out of the debt but we just seemed to get fleeced by everyone either buying our players for a fraction of their worth and us paying huge percentages of players wages after they'd left the club.
