Re: Michaël Cuisance - DEAL OFF?
Wanted guaranteed FTF maybe? I will be pissed if he ends up at Newcastle after reported late interest. Apparently good mates with Meslier so i thought that would have swung it in our favour. I'm thinking its another Dan James late steal from some decent CL EU club?
Re: Michaël Cuisance - DEAL OFF?
He's watched a murder ball session & thought I'll pass on that

Or has Steve Bruce guaranteed him a start every game up at Newcastle as a last throw of the dice

Re: Michaël Cuisance - DEAL OFF?
Really don't see Newcastle as an alternative. The kid seems ambitious. Don't see him going to a lower table team, happy to avoid relegation every year. There's no ambition at Newcastle at all. I suppose a one season loan to Newcastle might make sense for him thoughMuppet the Cat wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2020 6:15 pm Or has Steve Bruce guaranteed him a start every game up at Newcastle as a last throw of the dice
I'd think he'd see Bielsa and Leeds as his path towards being a class player. So I'm not buying that first team football thing. The buyout clasue or the medical seem more likely
Re: Michaël Cuisance - DEAL OFF?
Been confirmed now by Hay, Romano, Smyth etc.
Deal is officially OFF and the club are moving on to other targets
Looks like the buy back clause caused some tension

Re: Michaël Cuisance - DEAL OFF?
Be funny if we ended up with De Paul after all, especially after Leeds smokescreen boast
Re: Michaël Cuisance - DEAL OFF?
Maybe Cuisance was the ultimate De Paul smokescreenEllandback1 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 01, 2020 6:34 pm Be funny if we ended up with De Paul after all, especially after Leeds smokescreen boast
But then what if we agree a deal for De Paul and then that one falls through, all because it was a triple smokescreen and we’re actually getting Cuisance
Or what if it’s just a quadruple smokescreen and we really will get De Paul
Or maybe it’s a quintuple smokescr...

Re: Michaël Cuisance - DEAL OFF?
This reminds me of the time i was pedalling up a steep hill on my bike that had no gears.
And to get some purchase I was standing up on the pedals... when the chain slipped
and my love nuts came crashing down on the bar of the bike, and I ended up rolling in
the ditch by the side of the road, making sounds that a motor makes in the dead of a frosty
winter, when the battery is about to give up the ghost.
Disappointment haunted all my dreams.

Re: Michaël Cuisance - DEAL OFF?
Ugh. That's what I get for looking at transfer rumours, even ones that are true and deals that are done. I'm never going to believe a player even exists before he kicks a ball for us. Cuisance? RDP? Just figments of my imagination. They're not real.
Re: Michaël Cuisance - DEAL OFF?
Been hearing that Bayern wanted a buy back clause that was very close to the fee we were paying

Been out all day today and I get back to this news just as I was saying how smoothly the transfer had gone through and how well Orta had done (for once).
Trust me to open my big mouth!

Reckon we'll be able to divert Brentford's bus and kidnap Benrahma before the deadline?

Re: Michaël Cuisance - DEAL OFF?
If as stated he is carrying an injury, then well done to the club for not blowing the wedge on him. Make it De Paul he looks far classier.
