Agreeded he can get caught out defensively, along with Ayling but I think that's part and parcel of what they are being asked to do.
Yeah, I think that's a big part of how we play. Our strength is in allowing players like Dallas to get forward, then having everyone else fill in the holes behind him. Those are the parts that get missed in Cooper's game, in Phillips game, etc. It's great to watch.

Him and Cooper are the 2 most improved players under Bielsa for me. I used to think Stuarts versatility was holding him back, now when i see him popping up all over the pitch i realise i was wrong again. I thought he performed very well against SU. He's definitely a player more comfortable on the front foot.

Stuart Dallas has revealed that Erling Haaland son of former Elland Road player Alfe-Inge was desperate for his shirt when they met at international level, and even sang Leeds anthem Marching On Together as they swapped. (Talksport) :-D

You can take the boy out of Leeds (and put him in Germany where he can tear up the Bundesliga) but you can’t take Leeds out of the boy 😉

Local writers voted Stuart International Player of the Year this week and he was MOTM in our win over Bosnia. A superb pro who has improved immeasurably under Bielsa. I wasn't sure he could step up, but not once has he looked out of place so far this season up against some top top players. The Cookstown Cafu!!!

So pleased for Dallas, we all witnessed the turnaround of his form in our penultimate season when Stuart came good in the last few games, single handedly dragging us back into the play-off game v Derby.
SD hasn't looked back since & became a key component in our championship title season.

I reckon Bielsa has Dallas down as one of his first names on our team sheet

Done well largely tbf to him.

I doubted his ability defensively to be a left back at this level, i was wrong.

I dont think he is the answer long term, he was at fault for the Wolves goal.

But short term is fine.

Well done Stuart, what you like at dm?

Loved watching Dallas yesterday, his demeanor. There was plenty of drama on the pitch and you never see him say anything. Don't think I've ever seen a right back not have something to say to Jack Grealish. Dallas just keeps quiet and does his job.

I thought he was outstanding and can't believe he hasn't scored higher in the MOTM poll.
But very difficult to chose the best six last night as so many were worthy of it.

Quietly making his claim for player of the year at Leeds...even at this early stage. Outstanding player.

Always so well spoken too, great role model.

Would be between him and Ayling for my captain choice if Cooper were to be replaced

He's great going forward but I was really surprised by that number. It just shows his tremendous workrate, consistency, and dependability. As someone just said above. "quietly going about his business"

Top Geezer. I'm one afew years back who probably thought he wasn't good enough for the Prem. Mr 110% wherever he plays and really good ball control which as surprised me the most.

When we first got him and he was a winger I always thought he had a little more bout him than most. I thought he'd be one of those players that might do a decent job at one of the lesser premier league teams like West Ham or Sheff United. Being more ambitious at Leeds, I thought he'd get us promoted then we'd sign someone better. But I've been really blown away with his performances this season. Obviously not a winger for us now, but could be a full back for us for a few years.
