The Whites winger is tied with Paris Saint-Germain star Angel Di Maria when it comes to key passes made in Europe's top five divisions so far during the 2020/21 campaign.

Both Harrison and Di Maria have made 11 key passes, putting them one ahead of Bayern Munich's Thomas Muller, Spurs star Harry Kane and Memphis Depay.

I saw that stat weasel a couple of weeks ago... it kind of made me reavaluate my position on him...maybe focusing to much on the final cross into the box, which is what we expect from wingers...anyway after last week he should be flying high now, lets hope he goes on a long run of confidence.

I've had no problem with the way Jack has played at all this season, one of the first names on the team sheet for me and if you compare his defensive work to the above two I bet he thrashes them ....The stats are nice but they're open to interpretation, you'd need every team to play the exact same way to compare across teams..

Joint 5th in the Premiership for assists too. I think sometimes fans seem to run down our players in comparison to players at other teams . Presume it comes from mainly just seeing the highlights of other team's games so you don't see all the misplaced passes etc just the pass that led to a goal or shot.

4th in chances created too. Only behind DeBruyne, Grealish and Fernandes. Notably those 3 have more central roles and nowhere near the level of defensive duties as Harrison has. I do think at some point Harrison will be switched to a number 10 - although it might end up being later in his career when his pace goes.

I look for a cross to be played into a dangerous area, looking up and trying to hit the head of a static player is incredibly difficult and easy to defend..you need the cross into space for another player to attack.

Jack is a very good crosser of the ball in my book, not perfect by any means but very good

Where those stats get missed is when the pass is not converted... if they are converted, all would be raving about the stat, as we do with Pablo

I've said before we are better defensively when Jack's on the left, plus his crosses are getting better, now he no longer beats the same player 5 times...just the 3 now LOL

Never been his biggest fan and he has severe limitations but one think I can never fault is his effort.

After 80 odd minutes of running his tits off, to sprint the length of the pitch to get onto the end of paddys pass for the third goal was admirable. Can't fault the effort at all. Very impressed, not sure he's the long term solution but deserving of his spot in the team atm completely

I'm truly hoping with goals in the last couple of games plus an excellent strike saved by Schmeical yesterday that it will give Harrison what he needs to kick on and move up another level we all know he is capable of.

I hold my hands up, and admit I was perhaps the biggest critic of Jack early in the season, before I fully understood how MB had changed his tactical approach, slight as it was , increasing now as we go into the 2nd half of rthe season...Jack is key now and fully developing into the type of player I hoped he could be ...He is becoming as important to us as Sterling is to Man Citeh...
