We’ll be fielding some serious bids for him come summer.

Great to see Llorente play 90 minutes, good steady performance too.

Brilliant 2nd half.
3 great finishes from Raph, Bamford and Dallas.
Roberts got an assist, its some substance at least.
Costa was awesome, Harrison has been crap for ages, Costa was far better today.
Thought Struijk, Llorente and Cooper did very well 2nd half to.
Raph is different gravy.
The pitch is still s**t and frankly dangerous

Paddy says the pitch was like winter wonderland at christmas.

Paddy Bamford virtually word for word 1000.Leeds1000 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 23, 2021 7:59 pm Much better half. Credit Bielsa because he obviously told the lads to get the ball forward quicker and stop dallying about with it so much at the back. Our attacking players found better spaces second half and at times, even if Southampton pressed high our defenders had a out ball further up the filed has was shown with the bamford goal. Llorente to Roberts on to Bamford goooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaalll. Simples.
The lads showed great character second half in the end we should have scored 5/6 goals.

Fantastic second half. Like night and day was the difference compared to the first half.
Clearly MB threw a few teacups as Rapha (and the team generally) were brilliant in the second half transitioning the attack. Llorente lasted the full 90 and was quality throughout, with more than a little danger when he found himself forward. Roberts linked play nicely but needs to work on his shooting, as does Costa, who like Roberts was excellent going forward. Happy to see we kept a clean sheet without KP, and the tribute to his granny was super emotional.
Me? Well chuffed.
(P.s. I know it will never happen, but JUST imagine if we could somehow lure Haaland to Elland Road with Rapha putting the ball on a plate for him. Spank bank material it would be).

3 good finishes, clinical yet could've scored more. Raphinha was just different class, think we know who has player of the year sewn up! Llorente was very good, with confidence and fitness he will get better. Thought Costa was very good, would start him over Harrison on Saturday, who has been poor recently.

Still keep giving the ball away too much for my liking.

Souness blaming Mccarthy for the Raphinha goal but watch it closely- Ward-Prowse ducks out of the way

I hope Raphinha doesn’t get discouraged watching all those beautiful crosses sail into the kop.

Great assist from Roberts, but he has no confidence in front of goal.

We were skating on thin ice first half but slipped in to top gear in the second.

He should have just put his laces through it rather than trying to side foot it into the corner. He was better tonight though

Crouch wrote the other day that if any of the top clubs sign Haaland they will automatically run away with the title and probably the CL as well.Lumiukko wrote: ↑Tue Feb 23, 2021 8:05 pm Fantastic second half. Like night and day was the difference compared to the first half.
