i can't for some reason stay logged on or even when i do log on (or think i am logged on) when i go to post i still come up as a guest. What can i do to solve this?

Do you delete cookies on a daily basis? Doing this deletes the "remember me" function of this board.
Maybe your p.c. settings don't allow cookies? 'Fraid you need them, P'c**k my mate.
You can always see if you are logged in, on the thick blue banner at the top. If you are logged in, you will see the "log out" feature.
I have noticed that after deleting cookies, it takes a couple of times before I'm remembered as logged in.
