There seems to be a pecking order for the u23s too. What's the point of Hjelde and McKinstry being there?

Re: Leeds Utd v Leicester City Match Thread
We've looked good so far and more like last season.
Our "new signing" has actually looked very good
Just again lacking composure when it matters or we could be a few goals up.
Very good goal by the Foxes. They look lethal, so any daft mistakes will be punished severely.
We can win this if we're more composed in the final third.

Tbh the Barnes goal is a worldie - not really much we could have done except win the initial header. Sucker punch against the run of play. Kept Vardy very quiet - so if we can replicate that in 2nd half all good.

It's what happens when you waste £25m on players with no end product.BGwhite wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 2:57 pm Good performance so far apart from switching off at the back after we scored. Nothing Mes could do about that goal. James is anonymous really and yet again not done much at all. Starting to wonder if our game just doesn't suit him because he doesn't seem to know how to take on defenders , he's good in a straight sprint but seems it's all he has. Overall we're looking good but need that extra quality up front.

He has to be injured, he would definitely have been on the bench otherwise.
We don't have an out and out striker on the bench (or on the pitch tbh) so I'm surprised Greenwood wasn't included.
Not watching the game as can't get a stream to work but the reporter on Sky said it could be 4-4.

Better team.
Needed to take advantage, didnt.
Hopefully will in the second half.
I am recording other matches to watch hence why i am not in here, trying to avoid the scores.

Because we're entitled to have seven on the bench. Neither will get on though. I hope Summerville gets a run today.

2 years injured and getting 15k a week for it, can't be all bad. Are you his old man.

One day these players will be able to hit the target even from half a yard out but so far today is not that day (of course excludes raph)

Need to make this spell of dominance count. Harrison was unlucky - one of those where you just need to get something on it and it - except the knee
