Recruitment is needed Forshaw and Phillips bossed the midfield, you have a great squad but if you want to be top 6, you need 4/5 more players of quality.

Once again we show promise but incompetence up front has cost us 2 pts. I read the other day that we don't practice shooting in training....well it is clearly evident ! At least getting it on target would be some achievement for our lot bar Rapha of course. If Cooper plays beyond this season as first choice I'll be absolutely astounded as he is such a liability I don't know who's more nervous him or his team mates, he has to step down next season. Meslier is also making silly school boy errors which is concerning. Overall I thought we deserved the win but the quality is just not there .

But yeah it's all fitness linked imo, the guy has had an injury for probably over a year imo but was behind patched up.

If we play like this the rest of the season we are safely mid table. Much better. I think once James and Harrison get a goal they will fill with confidence and performances should reflect that.

Dan James today created 0 chances.

Jack Harrison created 1.

James had 6 shots and 0 on target.

Harrison had 2 with 1 on target.

The issue is clear.

Harrison dallied on the ball in good positions so much that he rarely got the pass or shot away.

James was getting the passes and shots away but they were crap.

You can't be an attacking player at this level and take 6 shots and not his the target once or create any chances in a game your team are dominant.

For all the positives today these 2 will and are costing us points.

I suppose atleast James is actively doing something, how many times today did Harrison just lose the ball meekly

Yes absolutely, nearly came unstuck near the end but overall he played solidly and broke up quite a few of their attacks. Almost definitely starts from now on- never thought I'd ever be saying that but we need that extra defensive cover atm.

Leicester were poor.

Didn't look like a well coordinated team.

Expected better

That being said they should he had a penalty because of Llorente.

I don't disagree, but the challenge by Llorente was just outside the box (mere inches in it but the contact was obvious on replay to be outside).

Have to agree, Forshaw was very good today and that double pivot with Phillips worked out pretty good. Still question marks how he'll fare against the creme de la creme as I don't think Leicester were all that threatening today, but you can only play what's in front of you and to that effect he did well today. I actually thought with Struijk and Forshaw on the field with Cooper, Llorente, Phillips, and Dallas we looked much more solid in defence, without too much hindrance to our attacking abilities.

On today's performance Forshaw will be an asset, he has done really well recovering from an injury that would have finished lesser mortals off, mega admiration for him.

Deserved to win.

Once again, went to sleep with all the euphoria of our opening goal.

For those having a pop at Meslier - watch Alisson’s performance against West Ham. He is one of the best goal keepers in the world. Illustrates that any goal keeper can make a mistake.
Be grateful that we have a top class keeper who will only get better.

Mustn't get carried away with Forshaw imo.

One solid performance doesn't make him the second coming of Xavi.

Also LUFC statistically are a better team Without Forshaw, score more goals, win more games and concede fewer, that's what the record books show in his time here.

So solid performance but long way to go imo (Radz will be like a dog with 2 c**ks if this praise keeps up).

He also is another player with appalling end product, not a chance he scores a goal or creates one.

Bielsa is trying a different system with three at the back & two defensive midfielders which is working well over the last two matches. If only we had our goalscoring centre-forward
