While it's a good night for the Bielsa critics, I'd still take the tactics that got us promoted and got us to 9th all day every day. Even if it means the odd battering.
It's simply what happens sometimes when one team costs a multiple of the other. Bielsa's tactics can paper over that huge gulf, like last season when they had 29 shots to our 2, and we won. But it's always the longest of long shots, and the.gulf is aggravated by our injury list.
Even the pundits are saying it.
It was madness to go man for man like this vs City.
That was like watching a loved one being autopsied. I'm sorry but you have to question Marcelo's common sense. 3 months ago, with our best side, we couldn't go toe to toe with the scum. Same again against Liverpool. How many more hammerings before the penny drops? What is it doing to the confidence of the players? What about the fans? It's embarrassingly predictable. After the game, they should just play the tape of Marcelo from the previous games. "It is my fault.... I take the blame... blah blah blah. Surely in these big games it would be fine just to wall up and get a stinky draw? No shame in that. Jeebus, at least make it difficult for the opposition. We're still loud and proud in defeat as long as we at least look like we belong. Too often, we look lost and Marcelo just won't change it. The definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Sound familiar? Let's give Marcelo a hug and send him on his way before we're back in the championship. We're already practicing for it by the way we're playing.
Even Meslier not having a good game.
City look as good as they can be and we are totally outclassed.
I do agree that our tactics are pathetic and we are making it easy for them.

It could be those very same tactics that may well get us relegated. It feels it's getting to the point of where he's taken us as far as he can. I just hope we can restore some sort of pride in the second half, regardless of who the manager is, this is Leeds United at the end of the day (Keep Fighting).
