Win it, and Everton, Brentford and Southampton will be in our sights. After our horrendous run of fixtures against top six sides.
Lose it, and we just have to hope that Newcastle don't get their cheque book out this month.
Draw isn't a disaster, but it's a missed opportunity to pull clear.

It seems an age since the Arsenal game, we’ve had a long lay off so our boys should be fresh and raring to go. A win and 8 points ahead of the bottom 3 will mean we can all breath a little bit easier - for the time being anyway!

Happy new year all! Been a covid Christmas for my family so spent it moping mainly! Good to have Leeds back in action hopefully saying the same at 90 mins! Probably have Gelhardt upfront but otherwise maybe as good as we could expect, glad to see Ayling back on the right he works well with Raph.

I will keep my powder dry with regards to our starting 11. Not even remotely confident but I hope my lack of faith is misplaced. I am now beyond the playing well discussion we have now reached the point where we need points and to do so we need goals. Other than Raph - I cannot see in this line up where they will come from.
25 shots on goal means nothing unless you convert 2 or 3.

I would have James and Gelhardt replace Harrison and Roberts and slot Roberts in place of Klich.

Don't see where our goals are coming from if Raphinha doesn't get them. I expect he'll have two bodies on him wherever he goes today.

On the other hand, our back four seem a lot better today than they've been in a while. They had better be.

Looking at the team sheets i am concerned. Lets hope the break has done players like Klich the world of good. Bit gutted for Joe but Roberts gets the nod in his favoured position. Lets see how we go. Come on Leeds.

Get ready for the barrage of high balls into our box but tbf I think we've seen an improvement this season, we're certainly not conceding the same amount from set pieces so let's hope that continues today. I fully expect another injury or 2 playing these louts.

Yes mate prepare to watch Burnley kick us off the park, and not get a yellow, then one of their's will get blown over in our box by a gust of wind, they will get a pen and no doubt we'll get a red card

Massively concerned, look at the amount of players we have playing who have had awful seasons.

Klich, Roberts, Harrison, Dallas, Firpo.

Confidence in that side must be rock bottom

Let's hope Raph and Harrison supply that vital cross for Robert's to convert at close range. Robert's can cause Burnley's defence all sorts of problems this afternoon and should Burnley park the bus hoping for a point then James and Gelhardt await on the bench to force a result late on.

Dealing with Burnley's aerial strength is key to Leeds winning this one. Low crosses to a pacey Roberts arriving at the far post converting at close range is where my money is. I'm confident of a home win.
