I had expected us to use the time without a league match to sign a few players before our next league match vs Wet Spam.

Chances are that won't happen.

Meh we've had months to get organised and should have been moving for targets before the window opened so that we had deals lined up first week of January.

That being said being owned by an American venture capital fund is never the answer.

The worst type of owner I can think of.
