Yeah, things tend to drag on mate and each round seems to last longer than necessary.

If I don't have time to listen to full LPs I'll skim through them, otherwise I could be procrastinating forever.

It's also maddening when the poll is done and then you realize a few weeks afterwards that there was a much better LP you could have selected

Limit the poll to a week, we'd have fewer members participating.

Also having two nominations each would be unfair from a voting point of view with Sara & yourself & Jill & I whom have similar tastes, four of the votes would be our own nominations.

Problem is, now the football season is over plus our members are going on their holidays, they are not logging on as regularly & when they do, they miss this topic if it has dropped halfway down the first page of the Leeds United Chat forum.

It's a vicious circle the slower things go, the less frequently I log in to see what's happening. The never resolved problem of being routinely logged out doesn't help, although at least the accursed Bet365 redirection seems to have stopped.

I don't think my taste overlaps that closely with Faaip's; he likes a lot of things I won't touch, like hip hop, and I'm sure that's true in reverse, eg prog. Where it does coincide though, it seems to be with bands we both rate very highly, such as Blueneck.

It's probably my third or fourth favourite Siouxsie album. I'd argue the Discharge album was more seminal and influential, albeit less accessible and popular in its own right.

4 maybe 5 for me but still very good, top of my head Juju, The Scream, and Kaleidoscope for sure, Never got into Join Hands (had to check that one couldn't remember what the second album was called) . Peepshow would be high too.
