Orta in Italy - 2 targets - 1 confirmed
As you may or may not be aware, Victor Orta is in Italy engaging in negotiations for defensive midfield options in advance of Phillips' (likely Monday) departure.
The current state of play:
Camara of Salzburg would like the move but would require a combined package of €30 million to secure his services.
Adams is a cheaper option (€12-15 million) and may also be available on loan
Orta's Italy brief is to assess 2 potential alternative options and I am able to confirm 1 of them to be none other than Nicolò Rovella of Juventus. Leeds have tentatively enquired about a €20 million transfer for the highly rated prospect however Juventus don't see that return on a player they parted with €18 million for just last year as adequate and would like the package to be significantly closer to the €30 million mark. Leeds are confident that they may be able to reach a verbal agreement for a combined package of €27 million (fee + add ons).
The other option is currently unknown however, I will try to gain further knowledge and may be able to provide more info in due course.
Regards
ES

I am led to believe Hamed Traorè of Sassuolo is not one of the subjects of this trip as the relevant enquiries have long since been made and the club are aware of what is required to secure an agreement with his club.

Very informative first post Euro, you seem like a scout with his/her finger on the pulse, maybe even the pulse of the clown himself.

If you are correct you will be our new fountain of gossip
Nicolò Rovella is a talented kid.
Very inexperienced though.
Lot of money for a risk.

64, we've got an Aussie git now using your little reference to me as Kenny 'boy', is there any reason in particular you've been doing that recently then i can enlighten him ?
I said you're quite a lot older than me and that might explain it, he seems to want to join in with it but i've got him at about 22 - 30 yrs old and it doesn't seem to fit right.
Is there any other reason you're referring to me as 'Kenny boy' ? Is it the 'b' in Kennyb41 ?......if it is you've got it all wrong.

I reckon we may be looking at Hamed Traore. No not HIM
Plays in Serie A with Sassuolo.
]the Athletic reckon he is a perfect replacement for Raph for around the £20M mark,

I call him Kenneth as for some reason his avatar reminded me of Ken Bates the first time I saw it.

Orta needs to check himself into a fine Italian barbers shop and get himself a haircut and shave. He looks like a tramp.

Dybala? (I wish)
Re: Orta in Italy - 2 targets - 1 confirmed
He's on a free but may be a bit more ambitious than coming to a team fighting relegation .
