If he’s ok with cameos, ie last 30 mins of a game, he’d have more exposure in the PL, regarding the World Cup, than going elsewhere I reckon.

True. Very effective today. But he doesnt seem to have physicality any more to play Marsch ball or Bielsa ball for 70 minutes plus. I knocked him for not chasing down a back pass to the keeper when he was the freshest player on the pitch. But, if he stays, in this role, he still has a lot to offer.

Couldn’t get a decent stream today so had to resort to the radio. Realistically I won’t be able to rate the performance or the players but I’m delighted by the 3 points, especially having come from behind.

With regards to Klich I think I would be inclined to keep him if we can and keep him fresh by using him like we did today, that seemed to work really well.

Wasnt perfect by any means, we do look vulnerable at times to the counter and we do lack that bit of quality in the final 3rd (Bamford should have done better today assist aside).

But i felt we more than matched Wolves, were denied a clear penalty, messed up a 2 on 1, had a free header well saved, we were well worth at least a point and snatched a win, happy days.

Klich was brilliant, gave us a better balance and took up some extremely intelligent positions.

He may not have the legs for a 90 minute game any more but a 20minute cameo he showed he can be vital.

The defence i felt made some vital tackles at times, Kristensen on Ait Nouri stands out (although he should never have been brushed aside so easily for the Wolves goal by midget Neto) and Llorente made onoe as well.

Pleased to see we look much more solid from set pieces to.

A decent performance and a nice 3 points, a draw was possibly fair but we had a stone wall pen denied so hey ho.

Still feel we are 3-4 players short.

Jeez there's an absolute load to talk about, and i missed a fcking load of it, be honest in your opinions guys and get them all up here.

This is how my viewing went, and there's loads to comment on.

1. I'm in a bar being told Leeds game will be on.
2. Game starts and still not on ( i'm trying to be patient)
3. I'm desperate to see how we've started coz i'm happy with the team he's put out.
4. Some numpty tells me we're 0-1 down and i can't cope, tell barman to fck off and head home.
5. Arrive home, stream fcked, then see 1-1, but still not seen 1 minute of action, and now relying on you c**ts.
6. Start reading your shyte and get to page 3 and Riots link
7. Spend 3 fcking hours clcking on link only to get adverts.
8. Finally get link to work from the 52nd min for about 9 minutes and see 9 mins of absolute carnage and gash and think oh ffs we're in a relegation battle already and we're gonna get twatted off everyone....and was gonna post here....'are Leeds at home?'

Yes, keeper took out Kristensen, definite pen.

Kristensen for me to blame for the goal, had a very good game going forwad (he made third in my rankings but got beaten three times down the right, one leading to the goal and one to a good Meslier save which bailed him out.

Struijk much more solid defensively down the left but didn't offer much going forward for me.. ya pays ya money

About as good as we could have hoped for on opening day - new manager, new signings, a few injuries. Good performance against a top half team (Euro pretenders) - although Wolves looked poor for the most part. They've got injuries, we've got injuries. We looked much better than them.

Mostly good at the back. Blame Rasmus and Llorente for the goal. But when they put pressure on in the 2nd half, we stood strong and defended really well. The goal aside, we looked solid, all 4 defenders making some great contributions. Meslier made 3 good saves too.

Roca and Adams looked solid in the middle. Although they still need to improve a little.

Aaronson was the pick of the attack. MOTM for me. His pressing caused our opener and he kind of scored the winner. He looks thin but was really strong in everything he did. Lots of good contributioms going forward. Jack was quite but grew into the game later on. Rodrigo and Bamford had their moments. Bamford is still working his way back and full credit for a good assist.

Klich looks like he's an important part of the squad still. I don't think he can handle this tempo for 90 minutes. But he offers a good tactical alternative to the attacking No. 10. Greenwood, Summerville, Gelhardt all played a small part when they came on.

Hope Klich stays seeing this. May want to go play 90 minutes of slower tempo football somewhere else.
