Beat me to it by seconds, Sniffer

I suspect he's picked-up another knock.

Missed that, just expected to see him.

So possible scenarios

Injured/ill in the week or pre game - 90% likely
Being lined up for loan (no sense to that for me unless there's a guaranteed striker on the way and even then Joffy is probably better) 6% likely
Fallen out with Marsch 4% likely

The club need to stop banging on about not wanting to block Gelhardt as an excuse for not signing an attacker

The lad is very injury prone and so is Bamford.

It's just an excuse that doesn't wash given they wanted Ketelaere.
Just mentioned the same to a mate of mine.

Lose Paddy & we're back to square one again.

Another sick note along with Bamford but hey we don't need a striker!

It's worrying that Joffy has so many fitness issues at such a young age.

Highlights why we absolutely do need another attacker imo.

If we put to much pressure on Gelhardt physically then he could easily break and be one of those young players who never reach there full potential because of fitness issues.

Gelhardt missing I see.

Kid is no use to us if he can't keep himself fit.

That being the case if we can find a top dollar target we need to pursue it.

No way is he being omitted today to line up a loan.

Not with our lack of firepower up front.

Joffy injured again.

No goal scorer on the bench. Just goes to show that we don't have depth at striker. Joseph and Perkins obviously not trusted to fill in yet

I'm not a fan of Coops, but he certainly adds stabilty to our defence
