Cos Ayling is back and he's 53.4 times better than Kristensen. And yes, I said fifty three point four times better
What's the point of spouting off unsubstantiated bollocks like you know what you're talking about?
Not knocking a post I don't agree with. But someone asked a question. Either give an informed response, or don't reply.
I think Ayling takes the RB spot back now. But Kristenssen was only missing because he picked up an injury in training.

I couldn't believe Bamford's miss when I watched it on MOTD. It's probably the biggest miss that I've seen a player in a LUFC shirt ever make - bettter defending than anything that Brentford's CBs managed all afternoon. Maybe Lllorente and Bamford should swop positions ?
I think there's a dangerous assumption that Bamfod will magically recapture his form from that first PL season. I suspect that his performance during that season will have been the peak of his career. Yesterday reminded me more of how Paddy was often derided for his finishing in the championship years. How easily we forget the Bamford/Nketiah debate.
As for Lllorente - I don't want to see him wear a Leeds shirt ever again.
Bamford showed us a lot of what we've missed against Brentford and Everton. He holds up the ball really well. He's streets ahead of Rodrigo and Gelhardt in the No. 9. The goals will come.

Maybe - but let's see. My jaw dropped when I saw his miss yesterday. Makes me think back to when people often said that he's not a natural finisher.

I said last week that Gelhardt was nowhere near Prem quality. In fact my elsdest son (Leeds since birth and now 31) says he's 5h1te. Deffo not good enough for the Prem. Buying no striker and no left back will be our downfall this season. Will Radz ever learn? I'll answer that: No! No he won't...
Yep, sadly I don't think Joe is good enough for this level. Maybe he's too raw, I don't know, but he's only done well off the bench as an impact sub.

Teams are doing their homework on us pal.
Can’t buy that Kenny. Is everyone else’s tactical approach so difficult we can’t work theres out. And they said the same about MB. He was worked out. We proved against Chelsea that we are good enough since then we’ve been effing useless. Just do not buy it that since Chelsea every manager has said “oh yeah that’s easy to play against”. It’s been shocking defensive errors & hopeless finishing that’s really cost us. Will see against Forest as Cooper seems pretty astute tactically, but if the Cherries can work him out then....
I declare my love for Saint Daniel and I can shoehorn him in to any conversation.

And now Joe isn’t good enough apparently. Complete nonsense, he’s just coming back from injury. Give the lad a chance
I think when he's started he's been anonymous, but when he comes off the bench, he offers something. Nothing wrong with being a super sub, Ole was for scum.

Maybe. Who doesn’t love a super sub. He’s good enough for the PL imo

That's why i said we'll see v Forest, but i'm seeing problems.
We are easily counterfeited.
Ayling and LC will definitely help along with PB.
I'm not too despondent on Jesse atm, but he's got problems getting that ball we've retrieved into dangerous areas and the hunting retrieving pack are also leaving gaping holes evrywhere when we lose possession and teams quickly pass through us and get the ball up front fast.
We can't politely ask teams to come and set up and play like Chelsea did, it looked great, but what if it gets nullified.
What do you reckon if Forest beat us ? Back to the drawing board ?
Not dependent on Google, the www or 'stats' - Just a guy that puts his eyes to full use on the beautiful game ...That Ayling goal and "You couldn't script it " - Dirty Leeds B@stard.
Must dash.
;@)
Cold light of day and I’m still convinced we were screwed over by the pathetic officiating.
“Video Assistant Referee” is there to “assist” referees, to correct obvious errors, but certainly not to spend 3 minutes browbeating them into changing their minds after they’ve made a perfectly legitimate, on field decision on an incident that was clearly a 50/50 challenge. Had the referee given it in the 1st place then it would have been considered controversial but, I suppose, acceptable on the basis that sometimes they’re given, sometimes not and these things even themselves out in the course of a season (although, as we all know, not in the case of Leeds United, of course).
I don’t know who the VAR was yesterday but, whoever it was, it’s clear that he didn’t really understand his role. He went far above his remit, he overreached himself in the capacity of VAR and his intervention, unnecessarily and indeed illegitimately, affected the course of the game, as usual, to the detriment of Leeds United.
I say he didn’t understand his role - perhaps he did!
No glossing over it, we have once again been well and truly stitched up by the football establishment.

Be worried if Forest beat us tbh. Would have to see how that pans out first before panic sets in. If we’re as bad as yesterday defensively then....
I can’t believe he won’t do the obvious now and drop Llorente. I presume then LC comes in as I think he’ll leave PS at LB till Firpo is fit. I’d certainly be finding a place for Pascal though whoever comes back as he’s been our best defender by a country mile

Why no VAR for the Summerville penalty incident? his shirt was pulled outside the box & then inside the box the Brentford defender wrapped his arms around Jimmy's shoulders pushing him to the ground.
My feeling is that because the orignal offence, the shirt pulling, was outside the penalty box that VAR couldn't intervene as they can only intervene for potential penalties, goals being disallowed, potential sendings off but can't when the offence would only result in a free kick.
It is a farcial system though and far too open to interpretation. Like many have said, and I thought so too at the time, the on field referee wasn't convinced he'd made a mistake after watching on the monitor (you could see the confused look on his face as it definitely wasn't a clear and obvious error) but was talked into by the ref in the VAR room - as such one ref's opinion was taken rather than the other ref (and Peter Walton for BT said it wasn't a penalty).

Did you post them because there's something wrong with your brain
You’re right IMO about the swarming Kenny. It means we’re leaving far too much space away from the ball. It also means as others have commented we’re frantically chasing the ball rather than doing things in a more measured way.
In terms of back to the drawing board, the big question is will Marsch acknowledge the problem or persist as MB did with the failing man marking system?

Pushes Jimmy downwards in the box Weasel. Shirt pull outside but a downward push in the box. Clearly
