Re: Today's Games
United deserved their win today. City was ponderous and too slow for most of the match. In hindsight its easy to say Doku should have played from the start, but it just proves the point, if it ever needed proved in the first place, even with the best manager and best players you don`t always win. They should probably sack the manager, isn't that what fans will call for
I doubt City will fall way and become a mid table team next season, regardless of today's result

Re: Today's Games
Didn't Fergies win in the 86 fa cup final save his bacon coz he was facing the sack, and the rest is history, I remember thinking when he was appointed at scum I thought he'd do well after what he did at Aberdeen and was praying for him to be sacked, ffs why's that just come into my heed, get Ten Bob sacked.
Not dependent on Google, the www or 'stats' - Just a guy that puts his eyes to full use on the beautiful game

Re: Today's Games
I don't really hate them now.
I used to, but it's so long since we actually competed with them, over twenty years, that the rivalry just died for me.
That's the reality of how low we sank for so long. When we got back in the Prem we managed one respectable result against them, the 0-0 at ER
Other than that they just smashed us and took the piss out of us, as did quite a number of other teams. The first walloping was very disappointing, but after that I just expected it.
They're a poor and disjointed club and squad, but were still good enough to take us to the cleaners, even with a dope like OGS in charge.

Newcastle miss out on Europe after Manure win the FA cup, that’ll cost them going forward

All that hate & fighting nonsense is a big turn off in football tbh.

It is Jay
Maybe we're both Victor Maturing
Like a fyne whine
I read Kasper Schmeichel saying that he wasn't that fussed about his time with Leeds, due to the abuse the fans were singing about his Dad.
A few morons, disrespected and pissed off one of the best goalies we've ever had. How crass and self-harming is that?

I’ve never been a tribal sort of person.
How many people have died because they support a different team. It’s very specific to football.

Re: Today's Games
Well said White Riot and Jaydog When you get people saying they hate someone or something it says more about them than anything else.
But when hatred is your default setting then there is no point trying to reason with people like that.

I always favour Catalonia over Spain.

Yep, he’s falling for Real’s gamesmanship every time.
None of their players were touched.
