O/T Guinness Pouring

Post by Ronan »

Best way of pouring tins of draught Guinness:

Forget the slow tilting 45 degrees down the side of the glass ! Bollox

Open, put tin into normal pint glass totally upside down, but as the black nectar comes out, pull the can upwards leaving only a fraction of air between cream & tin.

Perfection everytime !!!!!!

Just thought i'd post this thread in times of doom !! :shirt: :shirt: :shirt:

How can it be draught Guinness, when it's in a CAN? :duno: Surely draught beer is from a beer pump?

From Collins on line dictionary: Draught § beverage

a. beer, wine, etc, stored in bulk, esp in a cask, as opposed to being bottled
b. ( as modifier ): draught beer
c. on draught drawn from a cask or keg
