You're upset and troubled about Becchio and I can't blame you.
I'm sure he not the malcontent he's being made out to be.
He's done us proud and I'd rather he stayed with us but, whatever will be......
Sorry dear. I have a daughter named Angela and I feel kinda sad for you.
You'll bounce back, although I must admit 'Varney Bear' doesn't quite have
the same ring to it!

Im very pleased with team peformance today and areally rated Lee Peltier thought awesome today and maybe he will come good.
Re: Leeds v Spurs - News/Team/Reports/Ratings....
I found him the weakest point again today. A lot af headers went straight up in the air, wich Tottenham recoverd, and quite a few clearances where kicked straight at spurs players in our own half. Appart from one Brilliant tackle at the end, I don't remember him doing much goodpaddy parrott wrote:Im very pleased with team peformance today and areally rated Lee Peltier thought awesome today and maybe he will come good.

Key will be keeping that back 4 now. Pearce can fill in for either of the CBs if they are injured or suspended. If Byram misses a game, push Peltier out and put Pearce in with Lees. So the key would be to get a left back in.
Same with midfield. I'l keep Brown and Varney for the next games, take Austin out and put Tonge in. And put Barkley in for Green. If we tie up Barlkey for the rest of the season, good. If not, we would need a new creative mid and a right winger. Hopefully between Varney and Hall, someone steps up into that left wing.
Up front Diouf and McCormack deserve another start. If Becchio goes, get another striker in, if not, I think we will be ok with strikers; Maccers, Somma, Diouf and Becchio would be more than enough for this league.
Ashdown should start but obviously won't which is a shame.
That would leave us with a bench of Ashdown, Pearce, Austin, Green, Hall, Somma, Becchio. Definitely enough quality in that team to get something from games.

Unfortunately I was only able to watch the last 30 minutes and from what I saw I was very impressed with the whole back 4, Byram was outstanding, except one silly pass to give the ball away towards the end I think he was flawless, if these 4 plus Pearce could be kept together and form a great understanding, at their ages it can only be great for the club.
When I saw Varney was in the team, my heart sank but in fairness from what I saw he put in a great shift.
I did notice though on watching the replay after Ross's goal, he went to the bench and celebrated with everyone but he seemed to cut Warnock dead.
On a different note, well done Scott Parker, he made a point of shaking all our players and managements hands at the end, top man for that.

The combo of Byram and Diouf have done wonders this season. Men of the Match, imo. Good to have Byram's contract lengthened, just to keep any stray sniffers out of the LUFC crotch. Bale did get one over on Sam, with a spin move as he was about to be tackled, but other than that, Bale just looked like he was constipated most of the match. Still not convinced that Varney is the way forward, but fair play to him today.

He could be the next leeds LEGEND!
Varmey ok to fill in when needed.
Have been impressed with Austin of late maybe that injury did him some good, get some rest as he played a full season in Norway was it?
He has been abit if an unsung hero for me!
And brown always great to have a battler in the middle of the field. Just not consistent!!
Impressed with today but have been on numerous times and its gone tits up in the next few games!
I would not be distraught if we lose against Cardiff just aslong as I see another good performance
